Jesus was knowledgeable

Jesus was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He was also patient with a clunky process (their system had some hiccups and I also had to sign in and update my account). We got everything worked out even though he had to call me back.

The excellent-quality book was sent extremely quickly

The book was sent extremely quickly, communication was first-rate, and the book was protectively wrapped. It was also in remarkably good condition considering it's a children's book from 1926! A very good transaction!

I'm shocked at the added…

I'm shocked at the added surcharges--not just one overall surcharge for the service but for each hour!--and the extreme rounding up to 2 hours when only 1.25 hours were actually used. This makes the help so expensive it's actually cheaper to hire a fully qualified carpenter who comes with a truckful of tools and has extensive experience and training! The only advantage I can see for using TaskRabbit is the quick turnaround time for helpers' availability.
