I ordered a supplement during their Labor Day promotion which was on Backorder. Two weeks later, I contacted customer service and was assured that the product would ship by the end of the month. Without any reason, they then cancelled my order and tried reselling me the exact same product at a higher price. This is an intentional bait and switch to get me to place and order, then charge a higher price. Take your business to an honest, more transparent retailer.

Natalie was absolutely amazing willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for she even sent me an email with the direct link to what I was looking for in addition to putting them in my cart for me I give Natalie 10 stars. I actually was fortunate enough today to get her twice in a row!
