We live on an unnamed road and our deliveries can turn into a nightmare. Not so this one. It was a couple of days out of the suggested delivery period, but arrived safe and sound. Well done.

My package never arrived. Email regarding shipping did not provide any tracking or name of courier. Links to the help page are dead. Finally I track down an email for customer service, request information about my package and the reply I receive says "Ola" and so is marked as "resolved". Seriously? How can they respond with just that one word. Obviously a scam website. Now I've lost 35 euro to them. What a fraud of a company. Clearly all these great reviews they are reviews that they paid for.

Your adverts are not clear as to what is being sold. I'm looking at a pool cover reel but I can't determine if you are selling the complete item in the photo or just the pool cover straps. If it includes the pool reel, can you tell me if it's made of aluminium or steel as being by the sea, metal rusts here.

Dreadfull company two orders made both orders delivered incorrectly. Avoid this company is a scam set up.

For anyone still thinking of using fruugo they are now saying they can't help me because I can't take a photograph of the part I did receive because I fitted to the engine.

So I have had to strip the engine down again. Take off the part photograph it and re assemble the engine. Their help center is more of a scam than the original adverts. Use Ail express or temu. Please

Update. Full refund has been given on both items. Not very helpful would having rather had the goods I thought I had ordered. But there is more. Told be fruugo the retailer may ask you to send the goods back. Really I have fitted the coil to the engine a second time and will not be taking it off again.

Order never arrived. One month after the due date no contact, no explanation.

Really annoying when you order within the EU from an EU registered company only to be charged import fees. In my case it was the same cost as the item, so double the price. Evie from Fruugo contacted me and said I should not have been charged import fees but nothing they can do about USA imports. She refunded the fees. If you do get an import document to fill in leave the import declared amount as already filled in and just add proof of ID and select the type of import.

Took a month to arrive, and the product was not what I ordered. Now the fruugo website doesn't seem to be working for me to make a complaint. May be a scam. Don't risk it, never order from here!

No idea who you are and no idea what I'm supposed to have ordered. Would be nice to know.
