Ik koop altijd schoenen van Ecco.

Ecco stands for quality and comfort - I have been wearing Ecco shoes every day for the past 7 years. Ordering on-line is easy and delivery is fast. I can also state that the return/replacement process works well.

Mechanically everything was good but hidden costs were annoying.

Good car (Nissan Juke) - comfortable and reliable.
Waiting time registering and getting the car at Lisbon airport 1 hour - too long.
Charged euro 86 for a full tank plus Euro 12 for 'Service charge'. Juke tank holds 46 litres at Euro 1.44 per litre in Portugal = Euro 66.24 max so why the extra Euro 20 plus Euro 12 service charge?
Total confusion about toll charges on A22. Repeated calls to AutoEurope to find out how I pay these tolls. AutoEurope said I must pay at local post office, post office said charges go to AutoEurope. I made 4 visits to the local post office trying to sort it out (have a declaration from the PO to verify this). Still have not received a bill for use of A22.
