Ordered item through Fruugo and when it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered.
Contacted Fruugo help desk and Gareth who was dealing with my enquiry responded very quickly.
After a few emails Gareth decided to give me a full refund.order No. 3939124
Although my experience with the item was not their fault they did their best under the circumstances.
I would recommend this company as I have purchased from them on other occasions which had been perfect.

Received order for my 3 layer four stitched edges Portuguese flag.
What I received is a thin single material flag, in fact exactly the same as the flag I wanted to replace.
Although they have a return policy to refund it really isn’t fit for purpose. The cost and detail makes in inappropriate to return

I live in Portugal but naturesbest do not deliver to this country. I have to order my Termeric tablets to one of my daughters, then they post them on to me.
The Termeric tablets are so good for me I continue to use Naturesbest as I’ve taken them for 4 years and it makes such a difference to my aching joints. AAA

Before purchasing my shades for a Peugeot 308 SW Estate 2009 model.
I looked at very good reviews and a friend recommended Carshades.co.uk so I purchased a set for my vehicle.
I live in Central Portugal where temperatures can reach 30° - 40°c and it would protect my miniature dachshund in the rear seat.

All went well with delivery and after paying import duty and taxes my shades arrived in super fast time, we’ll done DHL Express.
Fitting the car shades is quite simple the rear door windows and rear quarter lights only took a few minutes and fitted perfectly. Then started to fit the rear window and disaster struck. Whatever I did it wouldn’t fit and had three parts to it. Looking at my fitting instructions again it should of been in two parts to fit my estate car.
I assumed they had sent the wrong rear window shades, and they would send the correct shades to me …….. wrong !

I contacted the email address sales this was the only contact I had as phoning England these days from Portugal is very expensive due to roaming charges.
I got quiet an immediate response and asked me to send photos of the shades to identify the problem.
Emails went backwards and forwards over several days with more and more photos. Eventually “sales” said they would have a talk to research & development who design the prototypes and come back to me.
Their response was that the design had been changed and the rear three part pieces were correct for my vehicle.
By this time, I was getting very frustrated as I knew they didn’t fit (photos to follow in this post.)
The main problem is the cut-out for the rear wiper motor is much too small hence will not fit around the wiper motor moulding, the two small sections on each edge of window doesn’t fit either.
I wasn’t getting anywhere with my problem so I decided to ask them for a partial refund if I could keep the rear door window and rear quarter light windows a leave the rear window shades off.
A reply came back that they do not do partial refunds but I could have a total refund and they would arrange to have the shades picked up by courier.
I suspect the import duty and taxes would be a loss to me however that has not been discussed as I still wish to keep some of the shades.
Whilst the sales department have been very polite and efficient in returning emails clearly something is lacking in making sensible decisions under these circumstances.
If the research & development really said they are correct someone has dropped a huge clanger and needs sorting.
If I had any other directors email address I would of contacted them first rather than this post but I didn’t. Perhaps somewhere in Management wish to persue my issue I would be pleased to talk to them, sales department of course have my email.

Now been taking Naturesbest Turmeric tablets for 3 years. The improvement of my mobility of knee joints and back pain is in short been fabulous.
Amazing ……..
An operation that I was due to have for a new knee fitted is not now required, seriously it certainly works for me. I only hope I can continue to get my supply.

Unfortunately my usual tablets could not be delivered to Portugal due to Brexit bureaucracy.
Therefore, had my tablets delivered to my daughters house in London who kindly posted them out to me. Hopefully soon be sorted and can deliver abroad again.
