I was attracted by a stained glass lamp that they valued at €200-250. Out of curiosity I searched the image using Google Image and found the exact same lamp for sale in Amazon at €65 and in many other websites. I am afraid their experts are not so expert or there is something fishy....
Stay away from it.

Order never arrived. One month after the due date no contact, no explanation.

I tried to open an acount. Sent all docs and pics. Rceived zero response/feedback. The app has serious faults. Difficult to find things. Many pages don't have a go-back command so you have to restart the app.
If the opening/first experiences are so bad imagine after that.

Plants arrived destroyed because of poor packing. I complained they said "it's normal".
I asked to cancel the purchase and return the goods but they refused to pay for transportation contrary to consumer rights directives.
Definitely not va serious company.

The plants arrived practically destroyed because they were poorly packaged by them and badly handled by the carrier. No importance was given to my complaint and they said that if I wanted to return them I had to pay, which is contrary to what european law establishes for online purchases.
Clearly not a seriou/honest company which is clearly reflected in their poor ratings.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

J'étais persuadée que c'était une arnaque car au bout d'un mois je n'avais aucune nouvelle de mon achat et lisais tous les commentaires négatifs ici. Mais à ma grande surprise une boîte est arrivée par la poste, enfin ! Je n'ai pas encore testé le produit. Je ne comprends tout simplement pas pourquoi ils ne répondent pas à tous les commentaires négatifs ici. Dans la boite ils disent qu'il faut 2 sachets, pouquoi pas nous informer au moment de l'achat?

They make absolutely no effort to deliver. Any minor detail will be used as an excuse for not delivering.
Products are thrown around in the trucks and almost always arrive damaged.
Customer support is non existent. They do not answer the phone and reply to e-mails with standard responses.
I have stopped buying from vendors that use DPD/SEUR/Chronopost.

One star because there is no zero! A total SCAM. Simply do not deliver even close to the speed they sell you. Average 2% of the 40 M they promise. Frequent interruptions. Horrible customer support. Extremely expensive.
When I was registering they asked for all kinds of guarantees to assure that I would pay. When I asked why so much they said "because you are not German". This company should not be allowed to operate.

As plantas acondicionadas deitadas e empilhadas umas nas outras sem nada para evitar que a terra saia quando as caixas são jogadas sem o menor cuidado peo pessoal da transportadora (DPD/Seur que são os piores do mercado) e sem nada para evitar que agarradas umas nas outras quebrem os galhos e os brotos. Todas chegaram machucadas e a maioria morreu em seguida.
NÃO COMPREM NA PLANFOR VÃO JOGAR DINHEIRO FORA

até hoje não consegui saber da encomenda porque o número fornecido não funciona.
portanto ainda não tenho os pneus...e eu tinha pressa de trocar.
tive que ir à Norauto e trocar lá.
