I ordered a marine battery but the delivery date was a week later. I cancelled the ordered and it took 5 days to get a response to say it would take 12-14 days to get a refund. I had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. I remembered I'd ordered a starter motor from them a year earlier and I had to wait 4 weeks only for them to say I'd have to pay more and they still hadn't actually ordered it. I cancelled that order too.

Really annoying when you order within the EU from an EU registered company only to be charged import fees. In my case it was the same cost as the item, so double the price. Evie from Fruugo contacted me and said I should not have been charged import fees but nothing they can do about USA imports. She refunded the fees. If you do get an import document to fill in leave the import declared amount as already filled in and just add proof of ID and select the type of import.

Seen advert on Instagram and reported it as a scam. No association with Lidl. Lidl only sell from their stores or their own website.

Very good service with constant updates. Very reliable delivery though only let down by Evri who take a week to deliver.

New fibre was installed fairly quickly and worked as expected. Told connection to router was limited to 80mbs but I had to correct and say it is restricted from the router! Wifi works at over 300mbs.

My parcel was declared damaged
beyond repair when in fact it was just the packaging and my watches were "disposed of". Had awful time trying to get through to CS and Evri makes every effort to thwart this. Awful company to deal with.
