FlightRight's Services Are Horrible
I have provided the proof of payment by the Airline directly to FlightRight and the payment from the Airline to FlightRight have been made 1 year ago, I have requested that FlightRight send me the compensation for a cancelled flight to my bank account inwhich I have provided my entire Correct Bank information to FlightRight, and I have received a message saying that I would receive the amount in my Bank account within 2 weeks, I have NOT received the compensation and I have not received any information or update about my case whatsoever.
Very Bad service offered by an organization that promises so much, the FlightRight website looks golden and there is a whole lot of promise about this and about that, but looks can indeed be deceiving, I was supposed to receive at least a link so that I can fill in my bank account information, but not even that was sent to me, I was supposed to have received an email from FlightRight saying that they have sent the compensation to my Bank, as I have provided to FlightRight my bank account information by email, but two weeks have passed and "NOTHING".
I did not acquire not even a single update on FlightRight's website about my case within 2 weeks, or at least an email from FlightRight within that time period informing me that, FlightRight have told me themselves that I would receive a link to fill my bank information details, or that I could view an update on the FlightRight website within a certain period of time, and not "After" the time period that I have been told by FlightRight have passed, but even after that time period have passed I still did NOT receive any compensation or any update/information from FlightRight at all.
I have also sent emails to FlightRight and I did not obtain any response about my case, only that the payment would be arranged "WITHIN" two weeks, but that is pointless now that that time period has passed, and I did NOT receive Anything at all and whatsoever.

No money after 6 years of my claim
After 6 years to get a compensation from a flight I didn't get anything and the company based on a new law asked 300 Euros instead 600 taking into account the claim started much earlier. A perfect example of a totally unprofessional company

FlightRight lies and closes case if is not worth for them
After a year with almost no info (just a couple of emails saying they were working on it without much more info), they suddenly sent me an email saying that they close the case as was delayed due the weather and airlines don't compensate for that.
But (I don't know why) flightright is lying, maybe is not worth for them to continue with the case.
Is clearly stated in the first emails that the delay was due technical issues and the need of a plane repair piece that has to come by car from a city 100km away.
If the weather issue was real, the case would be dismissed at the beggining, no one year later.

Disappointing
I opened my case with Flightright almost 3 years ago, and it's been stuck in step 4 for almost a year now with no updates. The last communication I received was more than a year ago, and since then, nothing — no progress, no transparency, no response to follow-ups. At this point, it feels like the case has been abandoned. Very disappointing service. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're expecting timely support or clear communication.

Unfair to force me to pay fee while Ryanair did not pay me
I have to pay a fee because they say Ryanair paid me but they did not. They don´t answer my emails correctly. I asked for proof that Ryanair paid me they just say somehing about things got clear in court. But still, I have never received any money from Ryanair and still they force to pay me the fee. It´s impossible to speak on the phone. If you try hard you find a telephone number but its always occupied, it´s fake a think. It´s so UNFAIR.
When I finally got somebody on the phine they only speak German and get mad and say that it´s not the number of Flight Right, But it is on their website! I can´t believe it. This person was so unfriendly!
I see an answer. But I never took it to another firm. I am awaiting that FlightRight calls me. Thank you

Totally recomendable, quick clean and very professional
I must say that I was initially skeptical about these claim services, especially since airlines use many excuses to delay or avoid paying. But I have to say—DON'T HESITATE for a minute! I tried to file the claim on my own and got nowhere. Flightright has everything automated—you enter your details, upload proof of purchase, and they keep you informed at every step. The airline initially refused, just as they did with me, but in the end, there was no trial. It's best to leave it to professionals who know the legal loopholes, and their commission is well deserved. On top of that, the payment reached my account quickly, in less than a week. Highly recommended!
VERY DISSAPOINTED
VERY DISSAPOINTED. They used to be a serious company, now they charge at least 41% of your compensation. In my case, almost 2 years to receive any compensation. Besides that, I had to write them to remind about my case because it seems they forgot it. Finally, when I got my money back, they charged me that nearly 50% of the compensation. I will never get back to them again, I am sure there are much better alternatives

THE WORST IMAGINABLE SERVICE EVER
THE WORST IMAGINABLE SERVICE EVER! we are waiting since 2019 for pay out for cancelled flight! 5 years! I sent around 50 emails, none responded too. After FB message to them, in January 2024, was told it does take a while ( 5 years, seriously?!) And in a few months, flightright will be in touch. Nothing. Probably stole our money. Absolute waste of time with them, appalling service.

Flightright got me compensated after 2 years!
Very content with Flightright. They helped winning a case of a much delayed short flight (of which I believe had a not so standard component to it, but I'm not the expert here).
I was a bit skeptical for a while as the process took long (I'll suspect that's not their fault), but now I can say they did deliver, and their updates on the progress turned out to be all on point.
I'm happy they helped as I would not have the patience or resilience to be talking to the airline company for 2 years to claim my compensation.
