They are thieves. Neither I nor my partner would ever intentionally subscribe to this type of service. It is an absolute scam. Intentionally misleading people with these types of meaningless subscriptions is criminal behavior.

Very content with Flightright. They helped winning a case of a much delayed short flight (of which I believe had a not so standard component to it, but I'm not the expert here).
I was a bit skeptical for a while as the process took long (I'll suspect that's not their fault), but now I can say they did deliver, and their updates on the progress turned out to be all on point.
I'm happy they helped as I would not have the patience or resilience to be talking to the airline company for 2 years to claim my compensation.
Definitely more in favor of the airline that the consumer. Also website doesn't seem to function properly without accepting all cookies / trackers.

Don’t buy. The pass doesn’t allow you to reserve tickets online meaning you will be waiting in long cues for the ticket machines. Since trains get overbooked you will miss trains because not being able to book online. I’m disappointed.

You dont need to book seats to get on the trains, you can go to the machines or the ticket offices but even without reservations you can use the "unreserved" coaches, during peak seasons you can make all the reservations the day before travelling to avoid missing any trains
El servicio de Iberia es peor que fatal porque no existe. Un empresa de ladrones.
Despues 5 horas de esperar en telefono en que finalmente iberia me dice que corregir un error (de iberia) en los billetes, hoy, 2 meses despues nada has pasado.
No tienen e-mail (O no quieren que saberlo), ellos olvidando numeros de casos, y no es possible hablar con gente con conocimiento y qien puede hacer algo.
Lamento haber comprado los billetes con Iberia porque al final paga mas si no tiene servicio.

Het online inwinnen van informatie is bij zulke specifieke producten is best lastig. Ik heb daarom gebeld om te kijken welke reistas het beste bij mij paste. Naar mijn mening kan in de product kennis en uitleg ervan wel het een en ander verbeterd worden.
Moet wel gezegd worden dat de service vriendelijk van toon is.
