I started my clain on april 2018. Court case won in june 2019. Money in my bank account in october 2019, 18 months after. I would definitely recommend it. I was quite skeptical at the beginning, and they took a bigger chunk of my money, but flight had been delayed in 2012. I tried to claim with ryanair back then and i didn't get far ,so thanks flightright. I've already recommended you to many family and friends. I would use it again without any doubt

Easy to pay. I sent an email to customer service asking some info about their policy and they answered the following day. I haven't had to use the actual policy itself but so far so good
