Très déçu

J’ai ouvert mon dossier chez Flightright il y a presque 3 ans, et il est bloqué à l’étape 4 depuis plus d’un an sans aucune mise à jour. La dernière communication date d’il y a plus d’un an, et depuis, plus rien : aucun progrès, aucun suivi, aucune réponse à mes relances. J’ai l’impression que mon dossier a été tout simplement abandonné. Service très décevant. Je ne recommande pas cette plateforme si vous espérez un traitement rapide ou un minimum de transparence.

Disappointing

I opened my case with Flightright almost 3 years ago, and it's been stuck in step 4 for almost a year now with no updates. The last communication I received was more than a year ago, and since then, nothing — no progress, no transparency, no response to follow-ups. At this point, it feels like the case has been abandoned. Very disappointing service. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're expecting timely support or clear communication.
