I’ve since been accepted and trained and my career is going places. I’d highly recommend them. I’m like, of course that makes sense.

I never knew that being trained to be a model was important. None of my friends encouraging me to be a model ever told me that apart from the fact I look good. However, Eclipse model management asked me if I would hire a plumber that was not trained, I said no I would not so they asked me, why would someone hire me as a model if I’m not trained?

Had 3 jobs within my first 3 months and the lowest paid £450. Not bad for a beginner. Good job guys. Thank you.
I must say
I must say, Eclipse model management is a great agency. I was a bit sceptical at first I must admit but having gone down, my experience has been very good.
Went into a blasted studio 2 months
Went into a blasted studio 2 months ago and spent a lot of money. Nice pictures but as they cannot get me work as they’re not allowed to (since learnt that), it’s been a waste of money. Eclipse are the ones that educated me and since putting me on the right track, they’ve done wonders for my career in modelling.

absolutely stunning pictures and above
absolutely stunning pictures and above all, the clients like them. That’s all I care about. Earned just over £8000 in my first 6 months. My modelling dream is finally coming true. Wicked.
They guaranteed me pictures
They guaranteed me pictures, a video reel and training and have delivered. Waiting for my first job but the staff are very friendly and polite so I love Eclipse Model Management so far. Well done

back in 2023 I joined this agency called Your Model Management (they changed their name to Eclipse Model Management now). at first they seemed so nice and professional. they gave me a free photoshoot and told me I got accepted into their agency. I was so excited because it sounded like a big opportunity. later they said I had to pay £500 for the main board package to be part of their company, and I did. then they emailed me saying a brand like NEXT was looking for a model but I had to pay another £400 for extra photos. I paid again because I really believed them.
after that, nothing happened. no jobs, no bookings, no real updates. when I asked for a refund, they kept making excuses like “the director is sick” or “we’ll process it soon.” a year passed and I still got nothing back.
it’s honestly so sad because I trusted them and really thought it was real. please be careful a real model agencies don’t make you pay upfront or promise fake jobs.

Was waiting with another girl who also wanted to sign with them as a model. Spoke to her after her interview and asked her how it went - she told me they were a scam, because she couldn’t invest in her modelling career. So she couldn’t afford it, but guess what, it’s her fault, not theirs. I had a great experience and am very happy with the photos and video I’ve received from them - top notch quality.

They said they were Government regulated so I checked and it’s true, they can’t be scam if they’re government controlled.

Hi everyone
Hi everyone
Recently received an email from this company to pay them the remaining amount of the money or they take legal action against me. Is there anyone else who has the same problem? Have you paid anything? Have they taken any action? I spoke with Citizens Advice and my current job regal advice, they said do not pay anything. Please tell me your how it ended up with you.
Minus 1 Star Rating. Do Not Engage With This Comp
Review websites really need to have a minus 1 rating. Please anyone that reads this DO NOT believe this company. No modelling agency should take money. Now out of pocket by £1500. BIG red flag - Their reception has a sign saying do not speak to others who are waiting in the reception area. Highly unprofessional. I really hope they dont make matters worse and just cut and paste their usual reply to me like theyve done with previous reviews.

Please Beware of sc@m from this so-called company
I attended a modeling session with this company and had a very negative experience. I was pressured into taking a higher job board, signing paperwork without being given enough time to properly review it, while being told misleading information about potential work with well-known brands. I was then asked to pay a £50 deposit, and before taking the payment, a staff member even asked if another £50 could be added, which felt like an attempt to push me into paying more.
There was also a sign in the waiting area instructing people not to speak to each other, which raised concerns, and several others at the session voiced similar complaints. To this day, my £50 deposit has not been returned.
Afterwards, I was sent a threatening email claiming I was in breach of contract and demanding a further £950 to be paid after 11 months, with warnings of legal action if I refused.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to work with this so-called sc@m company and be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Scammers
I attended Eclipse Model Management in July 2024 and was pressured into signing a £1,000 “Elite Board” package after paying £100 upfront. Soon after, they threatened me with breach of contract and legal action unless I paid the remaining £900.
They instructed me to pay the balance into a different company, PK Studios Ltd, which is a dormant company at the same Croydon address. My bank (Revolut) blocked the payment as suspicious.
I have since reported them to Action Fraud and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate. After challenging them in writing, they backed off and said they wouldn’t contact me again.
Please be cautious — in my experience, they relied on pressure and legal threats rather than genuine modelling work.

Less than one what a scam company what they fail to realise while saying there going to sue people is that we have paper tail of them no refund given when promised now in a pool of bad water and trying to scare people into paying for a service am sure as hell they will definitely not provide

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Unfair
II want to share my very disappointing experience with Eclipse Model Management.
From the start last year in July 2024, I felt pressured into joining the Supreme Board, even though I wanted to downgrade to the £100 board. Eventually, I gave in because they told me I could pay in instalments, with payment due on 10th October 2024.
When I realised I could not afford it, I emailed them on 11th September 2024 to explain my situation and then followed up with a phone call. The lady I spoke to reassured me it would be fine, but I never received any written confirmation.
I emailed again on 10th October 2024, but got no reply. Despite this, on 27th June 2025 I received a welcome email from Alex (Model Booker). I had already contacted him on 14th June and forwarded him all my previous emails. He even told me to follow up with Eclipse about downgrading, which I did on 27th June — but once again, no one ever responded.
Throughout this whole time, none of my emails were answered, and no one picked up the phone when I called (including yesterday and today).
Then, to my shock, I received a threatening email on 27th August 2025 accusing me of breaching my contract and warning me of legal action unless I pay in full. This is despite the fact that I have:
• Sent multiple emails going back to September 2024
• Tried to resolve the matter fairly and in good faith
• Never received a single job or opportunity from Eclipse
This experience has left me feeling scammed, pressured, and completely unsupported. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this agency to think very carefully before signing anything.
