⁠They turned me down. Told me I had the right look but they don’t think I had the intricacies to be a model. Whatever that bloody means.

Guys, never believe what negative people may say about a company or agency, go and see for yourself and give them a go. That’s how to get through life.

They assured me at least 3 model agencies that are legit and got loads of work from them. Not all paid very well but can’t complain

⁠I had a few video reels done but the one with universal was really good and professional. Highly recommend you only use Universal Models. As they say, they get you there from beginning to end. Nice nice

Very good staff,pictures, video reel and catwalk training. Above all, they guarantee you a model contract if you are accepted. Brilliant

These people are cool and are a model academy.A lot better, friendlier and care about me doing well as a model NOT my purse.

They are scammers that claim to be a agency but instead they take your money and refuse to give you a refund that was promised. It’s been over a month and I am yet to receive my £100 back.

I’ve been to two studios. Total waste of my time and money.

Please stay away from this company this is the third time they have deleted and started their account as well as changed their name to run from all the bad reviews they have had and all complaints made against them. First they were YUMM model management then it was Eclipse now it’s Universal Models. They are located at the same place and have had complaints for so long they piled up. DO NOT register with this so called model agency. You will be sold a dream and YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. These people know what they’re doing and will ask for a security deposit claiming their ‘government regulated’ which no modelling agency does not a penny should be taken from your pocket in the name of modelling and(and don't even bother saying it’s for the pictures what whatnot)

The staff were great and it was an amazing shoot.

The photographer was amazing, made my son very comfortable as it was his first time but it felt natural. Very good photographer
