Dear Sasha,

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge all reviews, both positive and negative, and appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns. However, we would like to clarify a few key points regarding misconceptions about our agency. First and foremost, we are one of the UK's biggest, best and most diverse fashion modelling agencies and so we do not really care about negative reviews. Here are the reasons why we are that good of an agency:

1. We have received numerous positive reviews and maintain strong relationships within the industry. While we recognize that not everyone will be satisfied, the overwhelming majority of our models have had positive experiences.

2. As a fully Government regulated and controlled fashion agency, we operate with complete transparency. Our practices, contracts, model payments, and overall operations are overseen by regulatory bodies. If we were engaged in unethical or fraudulent activities, we would not be allowed to operate.

3. Our Instagram showcase the esteemed companies we work with, demonstrating our credibility within the fashion industry.

4. Every model accepted into our agency receives two professional photoshoots with images airbrushed and retouched in Milan, Italy, a professional video reel, and catwalk training from an experienced model with international runway experience. These benefits are guaranteed, and we encourage anyone interested to visit us and see for themselves.

5. Some negative posts label us as a scam without providing any specific details or evidence. In many cases, these claims stem from misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations.

6. We charge a refundable security deposit starting from £100. This deposit is returned to models who follow our simple guidelines. If any model has followed the rules and not received their refund, we welcome them to come forward with their name so we can address the issue.

7. We invest up to £3,000 in each model and take a 20% commission from the work they secure. Unlike photography studios that charge large sums without offering work opportunities, we actively seek jobs for our models.

8. While top agencies like Storm, Premier, and Elite have strict height and size requirements, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive agency that offers opportunities to a diverse range of models.

9. While we strive to support and promote our models, we acknowledge that no agency is perfect. However, we are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities for those who work with us.

10. We understand that our agency may not be the right fit for everyone. If a model chooses to work with us, they can be assured that we will do our utmost to support their career.

Regarding Negative Reviews
While we respect differing opinions, some negative reviews are based on unrealistic expectations or personal grievances rather than factual concerns. For example, we once received a complaint stating that we "made someone’s girlfriend cry." The modelling industry is highly competitive and demanding, and while we offer support, success requires resilience.
Additionally, some negative reviews come from individuals who have never visited us or are affiliated with competing businesses. We encourage anyone with concerns to engage with us directly rather than rely on unverified online claims.

Who Should Not Apply
We want to be transparent about the types of applicants who may not be suited for our agency:

• Models who expect all services to be free.

• Models unwilling to invest in their professional portfolio but still expect high-end retouched images.

• Individuals who mistakenly associate us with a previous agency that operated from our location.

• Models who break contractual agreements yet still expect their deposit to be refunded.

We appreciate your feedback, if you have any concerns, we encourage direct communication so we can address them appropriately.

Regards

Eclipse Model Management

Hi Aliana,

Thank you for your review.

However, it appears there may be some misunderstandings regarding our process:

1. As an aspiring model, it's crucial to stay informed by reading all communications from us. When we provide you with details about a job via email, it's essential that you review this information carefully. Failing to do so can lead to situations where the client sends you home due to unpreparedness. It is important to recognize that this is not the agency's or the client's fault.

2. Regarding the request for a review in exchange for photos taken during your session (30-40 images in total), please understand that our photographers are compensated with salaries for their work. It is reasonable for us to ask for something in return when providing these free pictures.

3. You have referred to us as a scam without specifying how or why you feel this way. You expect us to accept you as a model, invest up to £3000 into you to get your career off the ground but you don't expect to put anything down your side to minimize our risk. Additionally, we are a Government-regulated agency; making fraudulent activity impossible. This can be easily verified through Government resources.

If you count us investing up to £3000 into you which includes professional retouching of photos, video reel, and training—essentially offering significant value at a minimal cost of £100 (which gets refunded to you), to be a "scam," then we respectfully suggest that our agency may not be the right fit for you. We wish you the best in your pursuit of your modelling aspirations.

Kind regards,
EMM

Amends after EMM's response:

"1. Please note that we are a government-regulated organisation, which means that all our contracts and operations are overseen and approved by the relevant authorities."
- Eclipse Model Management is government regulated, correct. However, the company that you hide from clients and send deposits to without informing clients "P K STUDIOS" or "PORTFOLIO KINGS" is not. This is deceptive and means business and trading standards are unable to support clients who contact them, as your business set up is therefore only semi-regulated.

"2. This also includes oversight of where funds are allocated."
- as above, this is false, and I have tried so many times to share this with you via email but you ignore me. PORTFOLIO KINGS / P K STUDIOS (funds allocation company) is not regulated, as confirmed by Business and Trading Standards.

"3. Ultimately, the allocation of funds does not impact you, as long as you adhere to our simple guidelines. Regardless of how the funds are utilised, you will receive your deposit back upon compliance with these rules."
- Not true - this allocation does impact me, as I signed a contract because I was told my deposit was stored in a government regulated RSD account. But this is not the case. EMM have a responsibility to be transparent about where client RSDs are stored.

4. As part of our services, we provided you with a free portfolio shoot. We trust that you received the photos; however, if this is not the case, we are more than happy to resend them to you"
- I received a free photoshoot and got the images 2 months later, after receiving another models images. this free services has no impact on the return of RSD.

"5. We regret that you have not secured as much work as you had hoped. From the outset, we have been transparent in stating that, much like actors, no model with any agency is guaranteed work. This is because we do not control the hiring decisions of clients. To mitigate this, we offer a refund of your deposit provided you comply with the straightforward rules outlined in your agreement. Should you have failed to meet the requirements, you are welcome to complete another year, adhere to the rules, and secure your deposit refund."
- correct, you did not promise work, but you did promise a refund if contract rules were met. you have broken this promise by failing to return the RSD.

"we encourage you to contact us and speak directly with Dina, a supervisor. She will work with you to resolve the matter."
- I have reached out to you many times and been told that you are not willing to respond to me.

"You can view samples here as we must publish a sample: eclipsemodelmanagement.co.uk/ refunds/46"
- this page includes personal data of a number of clients, which is a clear GDPR breach, did you obtain client permission to post this data? If not, then I can assume is either falsified, or a GDPR breach.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Eclipse Model Management (Models Advice Bureau Ltd) invited me to interview with them in September 2023. Jacob conducted the interview. I joined Eclipse and paid "a fully refundable deposit" of £700.

I was told it was being sent to a Government Regulated RSD account. This meant that Eclipse “could not touch the money” and guaranteed security for me getting my money back. I have since learned that the money was not sent to an Eclipse Bank Account, but instead to Kings Portfolio, which is a non-government regulated company. This has meant that the BISS (whom Eclipse claim to be regulated by) cannot get involved and cannot support in returning the funds. Eclipse have this set up intentionally, and coerce people into sending money into what they are told is a safe, regulated account, when this is all false. Eclipse Model Management is regulated by the BISS, but Kings Portfolio is not. Over my 12 months, I got no work from Eclipse, except for one unpaid portfolio shoot in January. They have failed to refund me even though I did everything they asked, and they have so far given me no reason as to why they will not refund me. They are ghosting me, and whenever they have been in contact, they are blunt and aggressive. They deceived me by getting me to send money to an unregulated account, as I was told it was an account part of Models Advice Bureau, when it wasn’t. They have also said “why would we send you your money back when you left us a bad review” (on trustpilot) and said “if we can prove Eclipse is government regulated, would it be fair to retain the £700 you sent”.

I have called them, emailed many times, but they are not interested in refunding me. I have reported them to The ICO, Action Fraud, Met Police, Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman.

Please please do not work with this company they will never get you jobs and never send money back.

Biggest scam in the market

Do not give a penny of money to this scam company!!!!!!!

i payed £1000 to this company when I was 16, before they rebranded to Eclipse. They were known as Your Model Management. I applied online and they called me and asked for an interview. My dad drove me down to Croydon (the exact same adress as Eclipse) which was a 3 and a half hour drive for us. They made us wait in the waiting room which was to the left as you walked in and they then called me in to the photography room to take some ‘Polaroid photos’ literally just photos of me from the front back and sides. I then sat and waited for 20 minutes. I then get called into the interview room for a talk, they ask me who I look up to in the industry etc. it all seemed EXTREMELY legit. They then showed us all the boards. We chose the ‘elite board’ with the £1000 deposit. They assured us as long as the contract was followed it would be 100% refunded. They said it is going into a secure deposit and they made sure to repeatedly tell us that any agency that takes your money is not legit, however a refundable deposit is to secure the contract. They then took me to the small runway room where they did ‘catwalk trial’ and made me walk up and down the catwalk. They took me back to the interview room and said that they had already accepted someone today so they wouldn’t normally accept anyone else but they saw so much potential in me that they wanted to accept me. 16 year old me was in heaps of joy as modelling is something I’ve always wanted to do and I was overjoyed that these people saw potential in me. They promised me I would be able to walk in London Fashion week, and that they wanted to sign me a shoot with Marks and Spencer’s. We left with the contract, and agreed to send the money whilst we were in the car once we’d looked over the contract a little more. Immediately after we left ‘Meni’ who was my ‘personal agent’ called and texted me to ask if we had transferred the money and he was in constant contact until we did.
Being a college student the agency was fully aware I was unable to make the trip to Croydon during term times as they were not open on weekends. They kept sending me dates of catwalk trainings that I could not attend due to the fact I was in college (I also went to a boarding school for college 2 hours from home so was unable to drive myself there, or have my dad drive me unless I was in my hometown during some weekends or holidays) they said I was unable to attend holiday time catwalk trainings as they were for the younger models. I managed to get a day off college to go down for a ‘portfolio shoot’ which I was really excited for. They insisted to me that the photos would be sent off to Milan to be retouched by professionals, when I got the photos back I was not impressed, they looked like they had been smoothed on FaceTune. They told me in order to have access to the photos I needed to write them a good review on Trustpilot which I did.
When it came to the end of my year, I was told I had not fulfilled the contract as I had not attended catwalk training and I had not applied for enough jobs throughout the year on the jobs board ( my mistake I thought it was 3 per year not 3 per month because I could have sworn they said 3 a year in the interview however in the contract it said 3 per month) I argued that I had been with them a whole year, I had had minimal contact off them other than at the beginning when my personal agent was changed 3 times, they had not made many effort to get me any jobs or create me a portfolio, they said I could not get my deposit back however they would keep me on for another year and if I fulfilled the contract that year then I would get my money back. I agreed, then received no contact from them after this, about 7 months later, their website and jobs board went down and I could no longer apply for my 3 jobs a month. I sent email after email, and heard nothing back. My year ended last February and I have had no response about recieving my money back. I then shortly found out they had rebranded to eclipse and they had claimed bankruptcy on My model management.
I have tried everything including emailing eclipse themselves saying I know who they are and what they are doing. We have tried going through the bank, it is impossible.
Absolutely gutting because this experience has completely put me off wanting to model, which has always been one of my biggest dreams!

Dear Poster,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. However, we regret to inform you that your concerns appear to be directed at the wrong agency.

The agency you are referring to, YUMM, operated at these premises long before we took over. Unfortunately, we have no connection to them, nor do we have information about their current status or whether they still exist. It is unfair to attribute their actions to us, and we kindly ask that you reconsider any disparaging remarks about our agency based on their past conduct.

To address a question we’ve received from others: the reason we chose to operate from this location is simple—the premises were already set up for a model agency, making it a practical choice for us.

We would like to unequivocally assure you that we operate at a much higher standard than the previous agency ever did. If you are interested in being considered as a model with us, we encourage you to get in touch. That said, we kindly ask that you remove your review, as it does not pertain to our agency.

Thank you for your understanding.

Unprofessional company who you shouldn’t pay money to

Be very wary about paying any money to this organisation. I signed up my child to this company, they quizzed me on how much I knew about the industry (which was limited) and this is where they get you. The least you know The easier it is to get roped in. They provide different packages where you need to pay a deposit depending on the board you choose which they say will be refundable at the end of the contract and verbally stated to me the deposit is held should you not attend the jobs offered to you but this is further from the truth. They encouraged me in the meeting to try and pay more to get a higher board and made out like they don’t offer this option usually and how this was a special circumstance. Throughout the contract they had limited, eligible work for my child in addition to stating my child was the first on their books. If this is the case you never catered for her from the beginning. Their website even states they have baby work and teenager well what about ages 2-12?
I informed them of this issue and they even acknowledged (again receipts of this) I even highlighted them not providing relevant work jeopardises my deposit which they stated it wouldn’t effect it (again receipts of this). A lot of the jobs were not official modelling jobs but jobs from “trying to make it” photographers who wanted to build their profile. A lot of jobs would leave you out of pocket just travelling as they were not paid work.
Their communication is poor and they provided a reel at the end of my contract. They highlight in their response “oh we provided you photos etc” but that’s what you state you do for FREE!
I got cold feet regarding this “company” 8 days after I paid my deposit and asked for a refund. I was refused and told I need to see the contract out till the end. Only to be told a year later that the contract I entered didn’t start till 2 months later so at the time I asked for my deposit back I wasn’t in a contract- so why are you withholding peoples deposits when they haven’t even started working for you or their profile hasn’t gone live? This shows their true hand as to what they are really about. Most people know with anything you purchase you have some form of cooling off period. Due to me not trusting in their handling I kept evidence of all which I plan to take further. You only have to look up the company on companies house you will see ccjs against them - this info is all out there. Which makes you think why would a company with this status be quick to refund people? They will find ways not to refund you and most positive reviews are from the beginning. Guys REAL modelling agencies won’t ask for “deposits” or your money and if this is the case hold the deposit in an official deposit facility with a neutral firm, instead they handed me a cut out paper on the day with their account details on and asked me to transfer. As this is a transfer you are unlikely to get a refund. They attempt to ignore my request to provide proof of all eligible jobs throughout the period by enticing me to join for another year if I followed their rules. They don’t even follow their own rules and I informed them I don’t want any part of my child being associated with this scam. Do your homework before handing your money over, there are plenty people who have been victim to this company who are all starting to talk up. They smear “we’re government regulated” to justify their operations, but I’m confident that this will come to and halt soon.

Dear Poster,

We are very sorry to hear about your child, but we do have rules regardless on who the model is or indeed, their age. No model is ever forced to do anything they do not wish to do and we are certainly NOT encouraged to upsell anything/ because we are government regulated. We said we would happily refund the money you paid for your child but you had to stay with us another year and follow our rules, but you have chosen not to. Instead, you have come on here to complain and loose all the money you have paid. Your money. Your choice. What you haven't told people is that you got a lot of professional airbrushed pictures from us and also a top video reel but that's all fine.

We do not think that some people realise that we are FULL GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED FASHION MODELLING AGENCY. This means we are required to do everything by the books and in doing so, some models are not happy with the way we work but we do not care. If we were remotely a bad agency the government would have closed us down by now given all the complaints, they may have received.

Below, we have outlined several key points for your consideration:
1. Adherence to Rules: While there may be models who inadvertently violate our terms, it is important to note that such issues are not a result of any wrongdoing on our part. In such cases, while individuals may wish to pursue legal action, we remain confident in our compliance with all legal and professional standards.
2. Regulatory Oversight: As a fully authorised and government-regulated agency, we operate transparently and within the framework of the law. Any allegations of fraud, scams, or misconduct should be viewed critically. Common sense dictates that if we were engaged in unlawful practices, government authorities would have intervened long ago. The fact that we continue to operate without issue underscores the legitimacy of our business.
3. Upcoming Fashion Show: We are proud to announce an exclusive fashion show featuring only our models. This further demonstrates our commitment to providing real opportunities. Does this seem indicative of a fraudulent or disreputable company?
4. Value and Refund Policies: Across the country, aspiring models often spend hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds for professional photography and training, without the possibility of reimbursement. In contrast, we offer professional airbrushed photos, a video reel, and comprehensive training. Moreover, we provide refunds to models who follow our straightforward terms. Not only is this policy clearly outlined, but we are also required to publish our refund statistics regularly. For transparency, you can review these details here: [ https://eclipsemodelmanagement.co.uk/refunds/46 ].

If you choose to place more weight on negative reviews over the extensive positive feedback we have received, we would encourage you to find another agency and please do not come to us as we only want models that really want to be a model and get work.

Kind regards,
Eclipse Model Management

⚠️ SCAM ALERT

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Eclipse Model Management ⚠️

** UPDATE my right to reply following their reply today 15th Jan 2025 **

What this company have failed to do is provide me with ANY of the items listed on the £1000 Elite board, which inc photos, model booker, portfolio, video reel, log in to the jobs portal, catwalk training sessions, no contact, the list could go on. As it stands, I am not represented by them in any marketing way.

Victoria also called me yesterday (14th Jan) to ask me to take down this negative review in exchange for continuation as their model and stated she had 'the perfect job for me'.

What they are failing to tell innocent models is that they do NOT deliver on their promises and they state a 'fully refundable deposit' but refuse you a refund when they don't deliver. Plus their claim 'Dennis did not hang up the phone on me' is false and I have this on a recorded call!

I know this as many victims have reached out to me on Facebook following this review. When you make a payment to 'Eclipse Model Management' it goes to two different companies - 'Portfolio Kings' and 'EM Management Group'.

Furthermore, their Companies House registration number 10461493 is yet another company called 'Models Advice Bureau Ltd'. If this doesn't make you run a mile then I don't know what will. I'm only upset I didn't look into this before handing over £1000!

My bank, Action Fraud, Citizens Advice, Police and Trading Standards are currently looking into these matters.

I want to warn others about my experience with Eclipse Model Management, located at 11 Whitestone Way, Croydon CR0 4WF.

In November 2024, I paid this agency £1000, trusting their promises of professional photos, a video showreel, a model profile, and a dedicated model booker. To date, I’ve received none of these deliverables. Despite repeated calls and emails, I’ve had no photos, no video, no profile, and no communication from their so-called model booker or videographer.

When I called them on 8th January 2025 to demand answers, their representative, Dennis, was rude, tried to upsell me additional services, and even hung up on me. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

After researching online, I discovered many others with similar complaints. It’s clear to me that this agency are targeting aspiring models to take their money without fulfilling any promises.

If you’ve also been affected, please report this company to Action Fraud. Together, we can prevent others from being scammed by this fraudulent agency.

Dear All,

Thank you for your recent post. At EMM Management, we value both positive and constructive feedback. Constructive criticism is crucial for growth and improvement, and we always strive to address valid concerns. However, we also believe in distinguishing between meaningful critique and baseless complaints.

Unfortunately, the feedback in question appears to lack validity. It serves as a reminder of the age-old adage: some individuals may never be satisfied, regardless of the effort invested.

We would like to provide some key facts about our operations for anyone interested in understanding who we are and how we work:
1. Regulation and Oversight:
We are 100% government regulated. This ensures that our practices meet the highest standards, with regular oversight for the benefit of both our models and clients.
2. Guaranteed Services:
We offer all our models free professional services directly under our control. These include retouched professional photos, a video reel, and model and catwalk training. These are guaranteed for every model who joins us.
3. Refund Policy:
Our models are entitled to a refundable fee, provided they follow our straightforward guidelines. Unfortunately, while most models adhere to these, there are some who do not and subsequently blame us for their own non-compliance.
4. Brand Partnerships:
We are proud of our associations with numerous renowned brands, which can be verified on our Instagram page. These partnerships reflect our credibility and reputation; no leading brand would collaborate with us if we operated unethically.

Regarding the specific situation mentioned:

a. The model in question visited our office and based on her look and demeanour, we decided to accept her onto our roster.

b. During her visit, she received a free professional photoshoot. However, due to our videographer’s unexpected illness and early departure, we were unable to complete her video reel that day. To compensate, we offered her additional photos, which she accepted. Days later, she contacted us to report that an employee had hung up on her—a claim that our employee denied. Despite this, we issued a sincere apology and advised her to escalate the matter to our regulatory authority if she wished. She declined to do so.

c. She further complained that she had received nothing from us, despite joining in late November 2024, just before the Christmas period. We explained that her materials would be delivered in early January 2025 due to holiday staffing schedules. This slight delay would not impact the opportunities we aimed to secure for her, but she was unwilling to accept this explanation. Unfortunately, her impatience and unwillingness to reason hindered constructive dialogue.

At EMM Management, we do not claim to be perfect, and we do not expect perfection from our models either. We do, however, expect reasonableness and patience—qualities that are essential for success in the modelling industry. Regrettably, this individual seemed to lack both, for reasons that remain unclear to us.

We wish her the very best in her future endeavours and modelling career. We firmly believe we acted appropriately in this situation and are confident in our practices.

To aspiring models:
Joining EMM Management is entirely optional, and there are numerous alternatives available. However, if you choose to work with us, know that we are committed to helping you succeed by promoting your talent and ensuring you earn well in your spare time. Our success depends on yours, as we operate on a 20% commission basis.

Thank you to all those who support us, and to those still uncertain, we invite you to explore our social media to see our success stories and brand collaborations.

Warm regards,
EMM Management

Classic scam to extract money

A scam to extract money from people. Really? We invest up to £3000 into our models to be able to put our models forward for work. The money the models pay is refundable unlike when one goes to a studio and they money spent has gone. If your one of those people that likes to make a lot of money but does not want to invest in themselves all we can say is we wish you the best of luck in finding that opportunity.

Cool photographer

I would like to thank eclipse for providing this photoshoot experience. The photographer was really chill and directed me when I was lost because I had never done it before. The rest of the interview process had a strange vibe though; Jacob felt a bit intense but maybe that was because I generally felt like uncomfortable

Dear Poster,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

First and foremost, we would like to clarify that we are a government-regulated agency. As such, we are not permitted to give anyone the impression that modeling is a path to quick or substantial financial gain. This is a standard upheld across the industry for all reputable agencies worldwide.

We are, however, very sorry to hear that you have not received your pictures. To assist you better, we kindly ask for clarification: are you referring to the Polaroids taken during your session, or the professional photographs? Additionally, you did not specify which model board you are currently listed under in our records.

We have attempted to contact you by phone, but have been unable to reach you. Please give us a call at 0203 633 8722 at your earliest convenience. We are committed to resolving this issue and will not only locate your pictures but also invite you for a complimentary, full-length photoshoot at no cost to you.

Please rest assured that it is exceptionally rare for any of our models not to receive their pictures, as they are entitled to them. We remain committed to resolving this matter swiftly.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Kind regards,
Eclipse Model Management

It's a bit concerning

Hello there,
I recently came there for an interview. I got selected as well, but when it came to signing a contract, they gave me the option to choose from their multiple packages. I chose the basic package. Even when I had decided that I wanted to go with the basic package they were pressuring me into purchasing the more expensive package. But I kept my foot down and signed up for the basic package.

Now, while signing up, I had specifically asked them about how the brands would approach me and they told me that because it's a basic package the companies would have to personally search for my profile to contact me for work. Later, they also told me that this profile-making is for free. Now that I have gone onto their website to search for my profile the pictures that were taken to check my profile have not been uploaded. I would also like to add that these guys were rushing me into making a decision saying, "We are a very busy company" (as if I am a very free person and have nothing else to look forward to).

My pictures that were taken at the time of my interview have not been uploaded and I am worried about my profile and picture. Even the person who took my interview was a bit intimidating. He kept on asking me if I found that being a model is for free. I only went there because the girl who called me for the interview was very polite and sweet to me on call. Also, there was another staff member who was a being patient with me. He also told me that I could take some time and then decide which package I would like to continue with. But the other guy who took my interview kept on ranting "We are a very busy company and have no time for all of this" and "There are a lot of people that we need to look for" "Do you think becoming a model does not cost money" He kept on coming in and out of the interview room. Also, when he realized that I had gone with the basic package he rushed me even more. He walked in with the contract papers and then made me sign them in a rush, and then opened the door to tell me to leave saying that now you are free to go. He rushed me out as if I had no business being there.

Now my biggest concern is what will happen to the pictures that I gave to the company and what about the money I sent on the contract. As of now, I have not been contacted by them.

Dear Reviewer,

Modelling is a very high-pressure industry if you cannot take pressure this Industry is not for you. When a model comes in to be a model with us, we have to give them some type of pressure so as to simulate the real world. If this is too much, please do not come and see us to be a model.

We understand that you have lodged a complaint against us, though we are unsure of your identity. Nonetheless, we believe in addressing concerns with honesty and transparency, and we encourage the same from you.

Here is our perspective on the situation:

1. We sincerely apologise if you felt pressured, but we assure you that we do not pressure anyone. Before any commitments are made, we clearly explain the realities of the modelling industry. You are also informed that participation is entirely voluntary, and you have the option to decline and walk away. You chose to proceed with full awareness of this.

2. You mentioned feeling pressured to choose an expensive model board. This is not the case. While we may have provided recommendations based on our professional knowledge, the choice was ultimately yours. We have no vested interest in which package you select.

3. As a legitimate government-regulated agency, we are not permitted to dictate your decisions. Furthermore, your deposit is fully refundable. This demonstrates that we have no financial preference regarding which package you opt for.

4. For the top package, we provide an extensive range of services, including 50 retouched images, comprehensive model and catwalk training, a high-quality music video reel, and more—at a total cost to us of approximately £3,000.

5. Our revenue model is transparent. We only earn a 20% commission when you secure paid work. For example, if you earn £1,000 for a job, we retain £200 while you keep £800.

We also regret to hear that your profile has not yet been created. To resolve this matter promptly, we kindly request that you disclose your identity so we can assist you effectively.

In good faith, we are willing to send you all your pictures free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 020 3633 8722 so we can resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

Kind regards,
EMM Management
