What is going on???
New Law are dealing with the probate for my late father.
Received an email from them on Friday 14 June saying "as I probably know there has been a cyber attack on the 6 May"
What, and you are only now telling me this???
The letter also is asking me to resend information to speed things along as they may have lost them. So how do I know this email is not phishing?
The email asked if I would like a call so I said yes please, Monday 17th at 4pm would be good. No call obviously and no one answers when you try to call them.
By law you should have notified us way before now and also spelled out exactly what has happened. So have the hackers got all of our personal info, and have they had access to your clients account? Is there any money left? You have a duty to explain more to your customers. And to man the phones.
It is bad enough that we lost our father but also now to have a complete lack of info regarding the management of his estate.

Meh…disappointed
Personally I didn't think the bra was supportive enough. It was very comfortable maybe as a night-time bra or for lounging around the house. But also I really didn't like the knickers at all. Way too see-through and high leg.

I have had 3 different items lost by…
I have had 3 different items lost by Evri. Each time i have had to report to the company i ordered with.
Also the delivery men keep delivering to the wrong house and leaving on a doorstep right next to the road where anyone could steal it. Total shambles since you became EVRI

PLEASE READ THE SMALL PRINT IF YOU CAN SEE IT!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of boots. When they didnt turn up I checked the tracking to see where they were and the were being held at UPS until I paid taxes of £92. I am struggling here to be polite and I know I will get the standard reply from rubbersole saying that it is in the small print. This should be illegal. Maybe it is. But I now have the choice of either paying thus extortionate money for taxes that I knew nothing about or I loose the money I paid for 2 pairs of boots. I think this could be a case for watchdog and the local press. I will be contacting them in due course. Please everybody else that has had this happen if you could all write to watchdog then maybe we could prevent this happening in the future.
UPDATE
I have contacted Rubbersole and have told them I do not want the shipment. They have dealt with the matter very well. They have cancelled the order and have arranged for it to go back to the warehouse. I have today received a complete refund for the boots.
I would say PLEASE READ THE SMALL PRINT. They are correct in saying in their reply that the taxes are not set by them, but other european companies selling in the UK do not have this problem because other companies have sorted all the taxes out before the items come to the UK. They were clearly not prepared for brexit. It is laziness on behalf of Rubbersole.
Having said that I do appreciate that they acted swiftly in cancelling the order and giving me a refund

Great product but the flavour has changed. Its awful. Like cough medicine might try a different brand now 🤔😔
**An update. I am now watering the product down into a drink and it is fine, a bit like sugar free squash, (rather than 'neat' like i was previously having it.) as making a smoothie is too much hassle every day.

Terrible service Do Not Use this Company
Sorry to say I have had a similar experience to Mrs Cross. Long story short, I ordered drawers in December and when they arrived there were no runners. It is now March and still no runners. I have a pile of drawers sitting in the corner of the room that I cannot use and are in the way. I have been assured by the owner that he is now dealing with it but after 2 weeks of him intervening I still have nothing. How long does it take to put the parts in the post??? Terrible service.
UPDATE......
It is now 18th March and we have started court proceedings against them. Do Not touch this company.
