great to get implants finished today, taken a while and expensive but felt treatment was good and equipment first class. They look great, hope they last.

Saw Zoe this week i have to say i found her quite rude and dismissive ..yes i have a gum problem but i didnt need the attitude and i need a hygenist ..hmmmm 1st appointment December ..hope my teeth arent in a glass by then !!!!

Would definitely recommend Diana Dental , very professional and lovely staff , I was very nervous but I was put at ease straight away

Hello my name is Justyna:) when I started treating my teeth, I couldn't even speak English well. But there it wasn't a barrier from the very beginning. The DianaDental team took care of me to help understand everything. The girls explained everything by showing and even explaining exactly so that I would understand the whole process. I knew that I got it right .. that I didn't choose this place by accident .. but the opinions of others here decided that I signed up for the INVISALIGN straightening treatment. during this entire period, I could always count on help. visits are always tailored. girls have always been able to use the calendar to make it as fast as possible. Well done 🙌 My teeth were terrible .. neglected, always hidden under a smile, crooked, crushed. I was ashamed to talk - even though I am a very open and contact person .. I hid and my teeth for 25 years. when I saw the visualizations of what my smile would look like after the treatment - I did not trust it. having such a crooked bite and teeth every other way .. I didn't see it somehow.. but I JUST believed it would be better for sure Dr. Zoe has been guiding me for these 4 years. it was prolonged because I was pregnant in the meantime, but it still did not change the approach to treatment. Every millimeter of the tooth was scanned for improvement.. till I finally be happy with results. but when Zoe did the seals on my 1st teeths... yesterday when I looked in the mirror .. I was literally choked. I couldn't breathe for a moment .. say the words. tears of happiness fell into my eyes. I have NEVER thought there would be such an end result. I got as well whitening for free, which is very easy to do and completely painless. * (even worth £500) I stood in front of that mirror and couldn't see it. I couldn't believe that in 20 minutes Zoe completed my teeth and at the same time fulfilled my dreams of a beautiful smile. I wanted to scream out loud and hug everyone. my dream came true. and it even surprised me in the end.. this Woman is gold! gold not a Woman. Is patient, thorough, always smiling, kind, open, precise, gentle, precise and loves what she does. it helps people, not only fixes their appearance but their self-esteem. I am so glad that this is the end of my journey .. but at the same time I am sad that I will not visit the dentist so often. yes - to this place you want to go! you want to treat your teeth there.. no pain no stress. Chill out and job done. The whole team deserves a big bow. a bow to the feet ... for professionalism in what they do. Thank you .. although even this word does not mean as much as I feel grateful for what you helped me. I love you ALL and I will recommend it to everyone in the World. worth every penny .. and most importantly, you can apply for installments that do not usually bear interest .. live not to die! :) So yes! I am a new patient. After researching all reviews, I telephoned (Friday) for an emergency appointment and got their answer service (a real person).

Monday 9:10 had a call to say that they had a cancellation the same day. So I had the checkup and x-rays done. Pleased that the dentist, wonderful Zoe, is qualified too to do all procedures. Not all dentists are and I was impressed and felt reassured.

Provided with appointment for treatment the following day (Tuesday) for resolving not only my badly broken back tooth, but also kindly sorting out my chipped front tooth at the same time (that was chipped months ago by the hospital anaesthetist).

Luckily all work to be done was straightforward to this dentist and all was not as bad as I had feared. Very gentle and felt relaxed throughout and I didn’t feel any pain just slightest scratch. Have Had worse from my own toothbrush. Afterwards all felt comfortable. I could talk and drink normally. The fillings didn’t need to settle, as I have always found with other dentists. I couldn’t see a join or anything in front tooth and colour exactly same. Couldn’t tell been chipped and wish I had taken a “before” photo now. All is so perfect. I am so pleased.

When I explained my other 2 medical concerns from hospital visits and inpatient stays arranged ground floor exam room.

If anyone has any problems accessing a dentist because of mobility issues or age - or concerns about pain or the outcome of your treatment - this is the dentist worth driving to. Worth every penny I spent and won’t be chancing anywhere else. They are stuck with me now.

You sit in the car and ring them. The kind girls ring you when ready then you scan app by door. No other patients hovering around. They even press the gel on my hand too.

All very organised, Covid safe, and kind.

I attended my first consultation with Zoe with dental anxiety & and worried that nothing could be done to improve my smile that I was unhappy with.
I had a difficult case and needed various different treatments to achieve the smile I have now, which looks great!
My treatments by Zoe have included tooth removal, root canal & implant which were all pain free!!
Not only am I happy with my new smile I am also over my fear of dentists.
The girls that work at this practice also need a mention, they are the nicest & friendliest people, always made me feel welcome.

Everyone is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you arrive .
The work I’ve had done has always been superb and Generally pain free.

Amazing, friendly and welcoming staff even to a rather nervous patient such as myself. They went through a comprehensive treatment plan and I felt looked after as soon as I walked in the door. Great practice and people :)

I have recently had a dental implant at Diana Dental as a result of losing a tooth. I was extremely pleased with my treatment which was painless and the staff were very professional. I can now smile again without the embarrassment of a missing tooth,

Awful experience. As a new and nervous patient, I did not feel at ease at all. I felt belittled throughout my examination and all the staff (bar Cindy) very abrupt. I paid for an initial consultation and I was given my treatment plan, however, I was disappointed at the amount of time I’d need to wait in-between appointments, and I found the prices more expensive than other private treatments. I came out of the practice quite upset as I had just spent £85 to be spoken to in a derogatory manner and vowed to never go back. Within the same week, I registered with another private practice (who are excellent and put me at ease straight away), and have now completed all of my dental treatment in a shorter period of time, and a slightly lower cost. If you’re a nervous patient I do not recommend this place.

I felt totally at ease and extremely COVID19 safe from the moment I entered the clinic. I received professional and clear advice and feel confident that my subsequent visits will reflect my initial appointment.

I have been a patient of dentist Zoe Wray for many years on my recent routine visit Zoe showed concern for a health problem she had noticed I had and asked me about it.Having told her about the wait and cancelled appointment I had due to covid she asked if I would mind her getting in touch with my GP surgery which I was happy for her to do so.A few weeks went by then I received a new hospital appointment have now been seen by a Consultant and receiving treatment

I have recently returned to Diana Dental following a few years at another Dental practice ( NHS ). On examination I required 2 crowns and a filling to be
replaced; the service that I received was absolutely first class from every member of the team - with a special mention to Andy - a brilliant dentist who did a superb job. Also, can I recommend using the hygienist, a lovely young lady, so much better than the basic NHS clean and polish...…

Painless 3ctractions, good advice, very professional treatment

Annual check up was a 20 second look in my mouth, I questioned the practice and was told this was a full examination, therefore I complained. My complaint wasn't dealt with as per Diana Dental policy, owner then decided to make a false allegation and accuse me of raising my voice and use this as an excuse to strike me off the register so she didn't have to deal with my complaint, all of which is untrue and completely unprofessional. After being registered with the practice over 30 years I've always received good dental care but since its changed hands it has gone down hill I recommend you look elsewhere.
