Before I purchased 3-yearly online I…

Before I purchased 3-yearly online I rang to see if it was easy to change details (change address or purchase different car) pressing the options. Just in case.

I asked if I could amend if I changed my vehicle and was told yes but admin charge. Asked how much would be - £5.

Got through to an actual person (clear accent). Very quick.

Great British insurance company

Excellent communication and knowledge. Got to quickly speak to an actual person. British friendly call handlers that I could actually understand every word of, and could immediately understand me. Like going home, back to how customers were treated before bots and foreign call centres.

Rang Harry first as online payment, made the previous evening, hadn’t worked on my bank app after showing paid on my iphone. Then I didn’t want to pay twice until I double checked with my bank fraud.

Then I rang back afterwards hoping I would get Harry as he was so reassuring and not at all ‘pushy’ hard sell; that would have driven me off.

I need not have worried as I got William. So interesting, animated and helpful. He saw all the notes Harry had done and I was pleased (yes - pleased) to give him my payment.

Eventhough I was concerned that I was dealing with a company name known for retail rather than one of the known older insurance company names. I felt that I was a customer of a better, more prestigious, company that is organised with the customer in mind - should they need to contact you.

Reassured and so pleased I chose Tesco. Glad I got the opportunity to ring now (after being so worried about fraud on online payment).

I was left feeling very welcomed and reassured by Tesco - far more so than trying to contact my bank.

Please thank Harry and William for making a very bad day so good.

Review of SANDOR'S GARDENING & EXTERIOR CLEANING

2 great quotes and both jobs WELL DONE

Sandor came firstly to vacuum my gutters and downpipes and was so polite and like a human dynamo. He uses Skyvac with screen to see other end of vacuum and can record if you wish. He has a polite knowledgeable educated manner of all. Own electricity from his van. He sticks to his quote which is extremely competitive even with problems found and solved.

He returned a few days later to clean all my conservatory upvc and windows by hand INSIDE and OUTSIDE. Never thought I would find anyone who would do this as such hard work. Nobody else wants to work this hard. He does this for his family. He is one in a million.

A big thank you from me once again Sandor.

Always consistent

Always consistent. Always reminded when payments to be taken and given choice to change amount in advance. No bad surprises. Honest.

Excellent customer services. Should you have a technical query about how else Giffgaff can help, you get replies very quickly. You can choose the best for them to get a payment.. If you can help someon too you too could be rewarded - if chosen the best.

Such a refreshing change than being fobbed off on a merry go round of robots with businesses these days.

I never dread giffgaff contact. It is just brill and a bargain price to boot.

Just found on Google that Hermes same …

Just found on Google that Hermes same owner as Yodel and same experience of both. Rubbish. Listed below day, without times of day.
Still awaiting pipe for burst pipe off eBay for leaking pipe bathroom - in Hermes system since:-
29th Sept: Tracking number provided, order placed, dropped off parcel shop, picked up parcel shop, Entered network.
1st Oct: At sorting hub, Delay due to major event, At customers local depot, On way to courier.
2nd Oct: At customers local depot, on its way to courier, Delay please allow 24 Hrs.
6th Oct: We We've just received your parcel from Packlink Shipping S.L As soon as it’s out for delivery we’ll let you know.
UPDATE
8th Oct: Still nothing yet but another package ordered seller (2nd & 6th above) 2 days ago arrived by same Hermes and lovely courier Viv says will look into for me.
13th nothing eBay asking for review.
WHY DONT HERMES RETURN PARCELS BACK TO SELLER IF NOT DELIVERED TO BUYERS.

I am a new patient

I am a new patient. After researching all reviews, I telephoned (Friday) for an emergency appointment and got their answer service (a real person).

Monday 9:10 had a call to say that they had a cancellation the same day. So I had the checkup and x-rays done. Pleased that the dentist, wonderful Zoe, is qualified too to do all procedures. Not all dentists are and I was impressed and felt reassured.

Provided with appointment for treatment the following day (Tuesday) for resolving not only my badly broken back tooth, but also kindly sorting out my chipped front tooth at the same time (that was chipped months ago by the hospital anaesthetist).

Luckily all work to be done was straightforward to this dentist and all was not as bad as I had feared. Very gentle and felt relaxed throughout and I didn’t feel any pain just slightest scratch. Have Had worse from my own toothbrush. Afterwards all felt comfortable. I could talk and drink normally. The fillings didn’t need to settle, as I have always found with other dentists. I couldn’t see a join or anything in front tooth and colour exactly same. Couldn’t tell been chipped and wish I had taken a “before” photo now. All is so perfect. I am so pleased.

When I explained my other 2 medical concerns from hospital visits and inpatient stays arranged ground floor exam room.

If anyone has any problems accessing a dentist because of mobility issues or age - or concerns about pain or the outcome of your treatment - this is the dentist worth driving to. Worth every penny I spent and won’t be chancing anywhere else. They are stuck with me now.

You sit in the car and ring them. The kind girls ring you when ready then you scan app by door. No other patients hovering around. They even press the gel on my hand too.

All very organised, Covid safe, and kind.
