Awful experience. As a new and nervous patient, I did not feel at ease at all. I felt belittled throughout my examination and all the staff (bar Cindy) very abrupt. I paid for an initial consultation and I was given my treatment plan, however, I was disappointed at the amount of time I’d need to wait in-between appointments, and I found the prices more expensive than other private treatments. I came out of the practice quite upset as I had just spent £85 to be spoken to in a derogatory manner and vowed to never go back. Within the same week, I registered with another private practice (who are excellent and put me at ease straight away), and have now completed all of my dental treatment in a shorter period of time, and a slightly lower cost. If you’re a nervous patient I do not recommend this place.
