HomeServe sent a very competent young…

HomeServe sent a very competent young plumber to resolve my mixer tap problem.
He was very professional, and did a first class job.
He wore carpet protectors, and cleaned up afterwards..

HomeServe are a very professional…

HomeServe are a very professional outfit, and ( being 70+ ) I really value the peace of mind of the full range of services.
On this particular occasion I unfortunately had a blocked drain, which the Engineer ( David ) dealt with very efficiently indeed. I had an internal toilet issue a few months ago which he solved with similar aplomb.
Can't fault the process.....

Intricate boiler fault

resolved by a very professional and conscientious HomeServe heating engineer.

My HomeServe experience.

I had my boiler serviced this morning, and felt like I had a first class job of work done.
The engineer found 2 faults which were rectified at the same visit, and following the service everything was explained to me, clarifying the service process.
The engineer was polite, clean and thorough....
Ten out ten to HomeServe and their staff....

My experience at Diana Dental.

I have recently returned to Diana Dental following a few years at another Dental practice ( NHS ). On examination I required 2 crowns and a filling to be
replaced; the service that I received was absolutely first class from every member of the team - with a special mention to Andy - a brilliant dentist who did a superb job. Also, can I recommend using the hygienist, a lovely young lady, so much better than the basic NHS clean and polish...…
