No complaints. Ok it could be made clearer that items might take some time to arrive. BUT I got a Moto g8 power for £25-50 cheaper than anywhere else. It came via Hong Kong but about 4 days after p... See more

Stay Away
I bought an iPad from this company and initially was very pleased as it worked fine. Today, I visited the Apple store as the device has now stopped working. I was told that it was a really unusual issue and the iPad needed to be replaced a sit couldn't be repaired. Worryingly, they also said that their records show it was purchased from Amazon, which makes me suspect that the serial number has been duplicated and the iPad is not genuine.

Don't buy from this company!!!
I've bought a new phone less than 6 months ago and I have some problems with the sound. First of all no receipt from this company, they've never sent me one , second I've tried to email them and ask if they can help me: nobody replied to my email. I'll probably have to sell this phone for parts, a 6 months old phone ...
Paid for a tent
Paid for a tent. 3 weeks later received a pair of obviously fake (crap and spelt wrong Oakly) !! sunglasses !!! Email back and forth to be told I'll get 50% of my money back !!! Set of scamming arses. Wish I'd done it on paypal. Well we live and learn.
No product and no communication
Bought a webcam, only £90. Delivery 2 weeks. Hadn't realised that this was a Chinese company. Anyway, 3 months later - nothing. Tracking link to DPD just says 'awaiting item.' Emailed them, twice they replied, very friendly, saying that they would investigate with the courier. Since then, they haven't bothered to reply at all. I've given up. Using credit card charge back to get my money back. Never buy from a Chinese company again
Grey market, passing off
Device supplied was a US model Google WiFi point, not the UK/EU model. Despite including a power adaptor, this is not fit for purpose for the UK market, as the UK and US use different channels for 5 Ghz wifi. This means the device will never achieve its designed capability in the UK. I have this confirmed by Google Support. Nowhere on their website, posing as a UK company, is the fact they are supplying grey market products that are not designed for the UK market. I raised support messages on the day of the product's receipt and subsequently and none were responded to. I have a tracking confirmation that the device has been received back at their returns department, so a full refund should be forthcoming, but has not arrived in my account. I believe this site needs investigating for passing off and for its conduct.
A stressful shopping experience
A stressful shopping experience and I'm doubtful I will use Device Monster UK again...
Positives were: the item I ordered (Samsung Tab A) arrived within 13 days, I was able to track the parcel, it seems to work and I've checked that is it a genuine Samsung product.
Negatives were: awful/non-existent customer service, the Samsung box seal was broken, there was no facility to register/access the manufacturers warranty.
I saved approx £35 on the UK price. For me, the stress caused by doubts about whether it would arrive and in what condition, were not worth the saving. The tablet is a genuine Samsung and in pristine condition, but it must have been used in some capacity or the seal would not have been broken.
Device Monster UK could improve by communicating with their customers and being more transparent about delivery timescales, the fact that items are shipped from Hong Kong and dealing with questions that arise, such as why the box was unsealed and how to register/access the warranty.
It is also worth noting that all links on their website to raising a ticket, for things like order cancellations, refund requests etc, do not work, leaving you reliant on their one email address, which they do not reply to for over a week.

ordered a phone from what I thought was a uk company, in September , still waiting , getting fobbed off its on its way when they can be bothered to answer emails, thankfully bought using paypal so hopefully going to get my money back soon, they shouldn't be allowed to have uk on their webpage
No communication and no order
I ordered from this website over two weeks ago, having sent several emails enquiring about my order, I have received neither communication nor the order, it was for a birthday present, I have now had to order elsewhere, very disappointed and would never order from them again, I wish I had read these reviews before I did.
DEVICE MONSTER
DEVICE MONSTER - appropriate name
I placed an order with this company beginning of September for a mobile, they have taken the money out up till now I have not received the item. On their website it says 3 to 10 days delivery, I have emailed them but they keep telling me the same old story, I have tracked parcel but status has not moved for weeks. Stay away from this company the service and customer support is appalling seems they string people along for their own ends.
they really are a monster!
they really are a monster!
I bought a brand new samsung note 20but when i received it, mobile box was opened, there were some scratches on the phone and more surprisingly it was a cheap screen protector installed on the phone!
i contacted them and they keep saying we can't find your order and after a week they sent me we randomly open the items to check if everything is in the box!!
Cheap prices if your willing to wait
Concerned when i read other reviews. Took 15 working days (3weeks) for item to arrive. All was good when it eventually did arrive. Cheap prices, if your willing to wait.

My 80 year old grandad thought he ordered a genuine Samsung, but he received one which was blocked and couldn't use it. When I emailed them, they said 'your fault'
horrible company
Serious problems with warranty repair
Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with Device Monster. If you want the guarantee of an effective warranty in the event of something going wrong with your device (in my case a camera) I'd look elsewhere. I've been charged for under warranty repair costs, still waiting for return of the repaired item 2 weeks after paying for the very expensive 'privilege' of return delivery and very, very unhelpful customer service. 100% not recommended.
Saved a packet!
I was a bit nervous to order, like everyone else, but knew they were a Hong Kong company and it would take about 3 weeks for delivery, which it did. That said, really pleased with my brand new, sealed, Samsung A51 mobile, cost me £216 and Argos and Currys selling for £329 - mine has a higher spec also of 8 GB Ram, theirs was 4 GB. Also came with 3 pin UK plug. Would use Device Monster again, keep up the good work!!
Slow but good
I was a little nervous after reading reviews but as I am cheap I ordered a new phone relying on Paypal to back me up.
It took three weeks to arrive, I emailed them several times asking where it was and received a copy and paste reply, however today it was delivered with Hermes and I'm pleased with it and the large chunk of cash I saved.
They would get a lot more business if they were more transparent with customers, maybe it's a start up and they are learning the ropes.
I would buy from them again.
Product finally arrived!
Product never arrived despite chasing via email numerous times. I ordered earbuds over a month ago, the tracking link was being frequently updated and I could see the package travel through Hong Kong to China and then over to the UK. Sadly there's been no update in 3 weeks. I sent them an email and they promptly responded with a generic reply, so I sent a follow-up email asking for specifics and got the same generic reply.
I'll now be asking for a chargeback from my bank as soon as I can as I have no faith the product will ever arrive.
Edited to add the product finally arrived, and it's exactly as described. Sadly it seems to have taken the threat of chargeback before anything happened, or perhaps it was coincidence. Communication was awful, but after 7 weeks it did arrive.
