Highly recommended
Excellent customer service. Gave full refund on 2 rads I ordered in error. Very fair price for return courier. Also liaised well with courier over different pick up address. Chased courier over late delivery and solved problem.STRESS all issues were result of my ineptitude! AND they went the extra mile to help me. And on small order too.
Staff were friendly, helpful and polite

Withdraw my recent recommendation. Invalid excess insurance policy.

I bought car hire and platinum insurance from Alicante. After a total of 2 hours on hold and talking to staff I finally got a copy of the insurance policy which specifically states that it is INVALID IF THE GOVERNMENT ADVISES AGAINST TRAVEL TO A COUNTRY!
I now have car booked which has invalid excess insurance. How can a company knowingly sell a policy which is invalid at the time of sale?

The Platinum Insurance is valid in all the Uropean Union as far as we are concerned if a government advices that you shouldn't travel to Spain because you would need to self isolate afterwards doesn't change the conditions of the policy.

Perfectly happy!

No complaints. Ok it could be made clearer that items might take some time to arrive.
BUT I got a Moto g8 power for £25-50 cheaper than anywhere else. It came via Hong Kong but about 4 days after purchase package showed as in transit on shippers couriers site (SF couriers)
Took 11 days from order to delivery. Arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.
Obviously some reviewers unhappy. From my experience, I'd recommend

Truly awful.even worse than sky

Truly awful.even worse than sky. Signed up for monthly bt sport pass. Took place of birth and endless security checks. 2 hours on phone with incompetent staff. Had bank details, mother's maiden name. Site still insisted I was someone else.
Once sorted equally awful. Asked 3 times in 6 weeks to reset cookie settings. Only used site 5 times! Trailers for next programme cover the football action even during possible goal action. Issues with sound and picture during wolves olympiakos.
£25 a month for this is obscene. Customer service appalling. Only carrying on cos they have Europa League monopoly. Can't wait to cancel subscription and get rid of this overpriced substandard app. Can't believe it's from bt. They're normally so wonderful.That's sarcastic!

Used to be good. Notnow. Have giiven positive review in the past…

Have given positive review in the past but not now. Booked a car for 10 days in April 2020 in Alicante. Flights cancelled so couldn't go. Company kindly offered to use money (non refundable) that I had paid to use for future booking. So far so good. BUT despite numerous emails including booking reference they have failed to contact ( apart from auto generated acknowledgement ). and explain process. I'm going to Spain in 4 weeks and need to book a car.

1 star too many

1 star too many. 6 chillies ordered end of march. Still nothing. " My account" says I have no orders. Unfortunately for this pathetic outfit I have their itemised confirmation of my order and evidence of money being taken out of my account. No reply from customer services. No telephone number.
Suspect this is a complete cowboy outfit. I can only agree with all the other negative comments and will pursue this alleged business thro'trading standards. Businesses like this don't deserve to survive. Contempt for customers and lies. Avoid like the plague
