Device supplied was a US model Google WiFi point, not the UK/EU model. Despite including a power adaptor, this is not fit for purpose for the UK market, as the UK and US use different channels for 5 Ghz wifi. This means the device will never achieve its designed capability in the UK. I have this confirmed by Google Support. Nowhere on their website, posing as a UK company, is the fact they are supplying grey market products that are not designed for the UK market. I raised support messages on the day of the product's receipt and subsequently and none were responded to. I have a tracking confirmation that the device has been received back at their returns department, so a full refund should be forthcoming, but has not arrived in my account. I believe this site needs investigating for passing off and for its conduct.

Cowboys. Grey market products which aren't fit for UK market (different standards). No disclosure when you order. No customer service response. Had to raise a PayPal dispute to get them to take notice. Save yourself the return cost.
