Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service.
Hagon rear shock ordered and paid for online 12/08/18.
Received email 14/08/18 confirming my order is on the way. No tracking number given.
16/08/18 I sent email asking for tracking number, no reply.
20/08/18, 11.50am, rung and spoke with their customer services, after 8 mins, spoke with a male who informed me that my order was coming direct from Hagon and didn't have any idea when I might get it !! I cancelled my order and asked to be refund and this to be confirmed via email, told yes and refund should take 24 hours.
No email confirming cancellation, so i sent email 17.27, 20/08/18.
21/08/18, 11.08am, email received, read -
The refund should be with you in the next 24 hours.
I'm not sure what M&P believe is 24 hours, I always thought it was a day, not two!!!
I will never buy anything further from this store and will encourage others not to either. Poor service, poor delivery ( I recently bought a towbar from Poland, that came normal delivery in 3 days !!) and appalling customer service.
Update 22/08/18.
Further example of their incompetence, received an email asking if I'm cancelling the order or have I received it ?!!!!
Still no refund !!!
Mark, If you feel the need to contact myself, then email, im sure you find me on your computer system, thank you.
I did get a missed call from yourselves, not sure how you class that a invalid number !!

Refund now received 5 days later than promised.
