Chinese fakes
This is a Chinese company selling obviously fake goods with YES BOSS logos. They change their name every few days so you can't even get your money back

Trustworthy
Nice friendly guys. Watch arrived exactly as described and with very fast delivery. I would have no problem dealing with them again.

Good company and products
Have 2 arete dehumidifiers. One is in a holiday home. It can be controlled by App which is great for controlling damp during the winter. I've had to contact them with technical inquiries and they respond within a few days with proper answers.

Real replies from real people
For a big financial company, it was great to have quick responses to my messages. Not only that, but they came from a person - Clare Moran, who was actually helpful and answered the question directly. This was such a refreshing change from the typical bot generated replies that one gets all too often, or the cut and paste responses that don't really address the question asked.

OK but not reliable
Used this service many times, and was a fan, until they cancelled a booking while I was in mid-air. I arrived at PMI only to be told by the coach company that Hoppa had cancelled the booking - they even showed me the cancellation by Hoppa on their screen, and they could not take me. Ended up having to pay for a taxi. Hoppa refused to refund me and said that I had cancelled the booking - while I was travelling to Palma (most likely in mid-air) with no other way to get to my hotel! My advice - avoid Hoppa and book direct with the coach company, which in Palma is Shuttle Transunion, its only a couple of euro more but at least you have a contract directly with the coach operator.

Hire from anybody else
Stay away. Had a small, heavily damaged car for 3 days, it was OK. Drove from airport to a covered parking spot and back again. Have hired a few times from them before. Checked car and photographed damage. No problem. Left car back out of hours. Later that day got an email charging for damage. Wish I could post the photo. Nothing to see. They sent a close up - a paint swirl, looks like it was washed with a dirty sponge. Nothing to do with me. 180 euro. I used to avoid Goldcar because they had an awful reputation for exactly this. I was right. Never again.

Great quality and modern cut
I'm 6'5", 36" inside leg and about 14st. I have found some other shops (mainly in US) from which to buy, and Hugo Boss, which is expensive but cut for tall and slim. Stumbled across this site. Always a bit dubious about the Big men's shops which can have oversized/quality/cut issues. Tried them out, with an order for things that I can't get elsewhere, like jogging bottoms (never able to find), hoodies, even pyjama bottoms that are not sitting half way down my calf! Have to say, really impressed. Sleeve length and leg length I thought would be OK, but its the cut of the clothes, modern and not billowing about, and the quality, which my wife was impressed with as soon as we opened the package. Easily on a par with the high street. Just placed another order. Dumping all my short PJs! Delighted to have found this supplier.

Pressure Selling scam on the elderly
My mother, in her 80s, ordered an item from the Easylife catalogue. This was followed up with a telephone call, some days later, from a man who said he was calling to inform her that the item had been shipped. She tells me that he just went on, and on, she didn't know what he was talking about. He then called a hour later, to check that she understood what he had been discussing.
She phoned me to say that she was quite perturbed about the whole thing, and hoped he would not call her again.
A few weeks later, a letter, to welcome her to the Easylife Supercard and inform her that an annual fee of £69.95 would be deducted from her payment card unless she notified them by 12/17/2020 (note the date in the US style). This date was two weeks prior to the letter being received by her.
The Supercard benefits include discounts at Virgin Experience Days - (look at their website and tell me what a pensioner would be interested in); Dorothy Perkins! Costa Coffee, Go Ape Live Life Adventurously (A high rope outdoor activity centre) etc.
They have been contacted to tell them not to deduct funds.
I note that in previous responses Easylife have said that they do not have the capacity to make outward calls so farm this out to another company. This is a cold calling pressure selling scam on the elderly. What company do you buy from that uses your telephone number to make unsolicited sales calls? Calls targeted at the elderly, who make up most of their customers. Selling products of obviously no relevance to them. This is a disgusting practice.

No product and no communication
Bought a webcam, only £90. Delivery 2 weeks. Hadn't realised that this was a Chinese company. Anyway, 3 months later - nothing. Tracking link to DPD just says 'awaiting item.' Emailed them, twice they replied, very friendly, saying that they would investigate with the courier. Since then, they haven't bothered to reply at all. I've given up. Using credit card charge back to get my money back. Never buy from a Chinese company again
Review of Record go Mobility
Sorted me out in the end
Rented a special offer from them via Doyouspain. Non refundable, i get that. Because of Covid 19, airline cancelled my flight. But i rebooked with another airline, losing a chunk of my holiday. All i want to do is pick up my car 5 days late, i dont mind paying for 14 days, and only getting 9. But no. It seems they want to keep all the money and provide no car at all. They just keep referring me to DYS, who tell me its up to Record Go. (At least Record Go do respond to their emails) Thing is, I've rented from them before - no problems. But this is really poor, this is profiteering from a crisis.
Update - have now been given a voucher to use in future to the value of the original hire, which is fair enough.

Hard to contact, but came through in the end
Flight cancelled by airline. The contract is with DYS not the hire company. Record GO say I have to contact DYS to amend the booking. DoYouSpain don't have an email address and I have now been on hold for about 1 hour total - I don't think they are answering their phones. Car rental down the drain £550 lost. This company has 0 customer service. They are cheap, but if anything goes wrong, you have lost your money.
I note the reply from DoYouSpain. Believe me, I have spent a long time on hold to that telephone number and I have already emailed help@doyouspain after I saw another reply refer to it. The phone has never been answered and the email has not been replied to.
Update - never was able to get through on the phone. Dates for rental passed and I wrote the money off. Then out of the blue, i got an email from DYS with a voucher for future use to the value of the original hire. Suits me fine, i think its fair. So, difficult to contact, but decent outcome. Can't complain, difficult summer for everyone
