scam
After 3 bottles no improvement also I paid VAT when I bought the drops but had to pay again in Bulgaria the guy did refund the VAT though
The product didn’t work for me
I used the product for six months to make sure I gave it a good try. The ringing in my ears is still the same. Cortexi said they had a money back guarantee. I tried for the guarantee. They said it was only good if I used it for only 60days so no refund.
Cortexi is a Scam
I was told by that professional that Cortexi is “snake oil”. Do not waste your money it does not work. All the adds are all sponsored AND when you try to get a refund for it not working they tell you to try more. They are a hard company to get ahold of. DO NOT BUY
Cortexi
You have 14 days to purchase this product or it’s too late! WHY? Are we going to self implode? Just another Yanky BS scam. Pressure buying in a new form..be careful of the positive reviews and videos! Look at their eyes..there’re all reading a pre written script. These people should be put in prison. Con merchants praying on the vulnerable..
Absolute horse_____
Absolute horse_____. Actually went to an audiologist regarding my tinnitus and was told by that professional that Cortexi is “snake oil”. Do not waste your money. AND when you try to get a refund for it not working they tell you to try more. That way it will push it past the 60 day refund period. Check out BBB- they are rated F!!
If there was a possibility of “0” stars…
If there was a possibility of “0” stars that’s what I would give this scammer. I have proof of my entire experience with this product AND WITH THEIR NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve learned my lesson and I hope you don’t buy it and find out the same as I did. By the way I have made 23 phone calls, have FINALLY reached 9 different agents and each one has given me different responses. One of them actually told me to put the drops IN MY EAR! Another agent (when questioned about the dosage since there are no markings on the eye dropper) told me to use TWO DROPS A DAY!!!! Drops? What size drops? Did he mean 2 droppers? Whatever - I’m so aggravated right now and just relieved that this entire episode is over - even though I won’t be getting my money back
My product + refund experience
I am hearing impaired, but was willing to give Cortexi a try because of the 60-day money-back guarantee. It is very important that you purchase Cortexi from its authorized website, because there are already product copies out there. The "real" product arrived 7Oct2023 and I began using it according to instructions that day.
They gave me a 30-day extension when I contacted them to return it nearing 60 days (7Dec2023), with zero improvement.
I contacted them 2Jan2024, before the 7Jan2024 extended deadline, to return the product for a refund, due to zero improvement. They denied the refund claiming I was past the refund deadline. However, I had saved all receipts and correspondence to prove them wrong. A customer should not be put into the position of begging a company to honor its own guarantee.
I was getting no more responses via email, so I phoned customer service on 9Jan2024. Fortunately, I did reach a live employee who could review all of my correspondence with Cortexi. The employee asked if a supervisor could call me back, but I stated that I wanted to finish everything while I had them on the phone because I might miss their return call, and that I was losing faith since I tried email and was receiving no prompt businesslike replies.
I got the return authorization (via recorded phone call) and made sure that the RMA # was both on the outside and inside of the USPS-tracked box mailer; plus, kept/scanned the USPS receipt with the tracking # and destination on it. The return was delivered on 18Jan2024.
It is now 30Jan2024, 2 weeks past the date that the return was delivered. I requested a status of the return and refund and was told they were locating the return to confirm it, and that it could take up to 30 days to process. That is where I am at today, pursuing + waiting.
SCAM-STEAR CLEAR!!
Biggest moneymaking SCAM ever. Took weeks and weeks for product to arrive. In the meantime after reading all the reviews about it I tried to cancel it but they would not let me. When it did finally arrive I told them about their rubbish product and that I wanted to send it back for a FULL refund as per their promise. They told me to keep the product and gave me a low percentage of my money back.
Do your research before buying this rubbish. Don’t get ripped off like hundreds/thousands of other people!!
When doing your research see if you can find anything out about the founder of Cortexi, JONATHAN MILLER-I couldn’t!!!! Beware!!
C NT COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMERS !!! I rated 1 star because there is no…

Total Scam. I used it for 3 month religiously and zero improvement. Do not buy!!
Cortexi is a complete scam
Cortexi is a complete scam. It does not work and the guarantee they offer is a scam as well. After I took 2 bottles I contacted them only to be told it takes at least 3 bottles to work. Guess what their guarantee is only good after 60 days or 2 bottles. Don't waste your money on this snake oil.

Thank you Trustpilot & the many who wrote a review on Cortexi. I was about to buy the product as I'll try anything to stop the ringing. But you saved me from the scam. Thank you.
I have been taking it for over 4 months…
I have been taking it for over 4 months with absolutely no results. If anything my left ear is worse. I feel I have been scammed!
I bought 6 bottles of Cortexi and have gone thru 4, the ringing hasn't diminished at all!
IT dose nothing
IT dose nothing, and when I tried to return it the operator hung up on me. What a wast of money but more impotently it gave me hope where there was none. So sad...
Cortexi and customer support, thumbs down 👎
According to them , many their customers noticed improvements in ear buzzing just after week or two of using Cortexi! What a joke!!
I purchased 3 bottles and after 3 months, not a slithest improvement in my ear buzzing! They were so sweet, smooth and convincing selling Cortexi , they even offer money back guarantee if no results achieved. But once you report there's no results and you want money back, customer service and support does not exist anymore ! Such a waste of my money!!
Cortexi - SCAM!!
eview of Cortexi: Waste of money
I have been using Cortexi for about 3 months now, and unfortunately, I have to conclude that the product does not meet my expectations. I invested in a total of 6 bottles, as it seemed to be a really good deal. Sadly, I now feel stupid for having spent my money on this product.
After several months of use, I have experienced no positive effects from Cortexi. I have tried contacting their customer service, hoping to get assistance in understanding if I am doing something wrong with the intake. Unfortunately, I still have not received a response from them. It is frustrating that they show no interest in helping their customers, especially considering the amount of money I have spent on the product.
Furthermore, they do not offer the option to return the items, as it has been more than 60 days since the purchase. Even though I may be unsure if they would have accepted a return shipment if I had contacted them within the 60-day period, I still feel cheated and disappointed by their lack of flexibility.
All things considered, I would not recommend Cortexi to others. Based on my personal experience, I can only conclude that it is a waste of money and does not live up to the promised results. Save your money and invest in something else that can help improve your mental performance.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
Whatever you or anyone does...Do not buy this crap. I bought 4 bottles, used one up, NOTHING. Still having a issue. I believed what the web sight said about how it works for ringing in the ears. NOT. I am out $200.00 hundred and can not get any refund what so ever. I can not take it because of my meds and something in the what it is made with. So , anyway, OUT THE MONEY. I am very sad about this SCAM. I am a 70 year old lady, I did not have the money in the first place. But, the ringing in my ears is enough to make a person crazy. Looking for a fix was what I thought I would get from Cortexi. Hay lesson learned, read the reviews before I EVER do something like this again. Cortexi Crap, you should be ASHAMED, scamming people to make money, get REAL. Green scum on a pond.
Cortexi and the mysterious Jonathan Miller - scam claims
I was referred a link to watch, about this product 'Cortexi'. After watching it I became suspicious of the claims.
First red flag is the guy presenting who calls himself 'Jonathan Miller'. In one image he is wearing a doctor's overall and stethoscope. I have conducted online searches to try to locate him as a registered doctor, without success so far. Google Image searches also fail to locate him. Who is he really? For all I know he is a paid actor hired to read a script to market a non FDA approved product. I cannot find him anywhere on Google. No Linked In profile. Doubt he is a doctor of any kind. That's a massive red flag to me.
Second red flag is the sketchy website and heavy copywriting style marketing. You are forced to watch a lengthy video. The whole page to me is just heavy marketing.
Third are all the reviews of people claiming how wonderful it is. No negative ones.
Fourth are the wild claims made in the video. Claims to be able to restore hearing! Wow! Mammals (us included) do not have the genetic ability to regrow dead hair cells. Birds do. We don't. No herbal supplement will regrow hair cells. They are dead.
Bio companies with heavy investment into scientific research at best has identified progenitor cells that 'may' be able to be targeted to the cochlear to regenerate hair cell/nerves. It is very early days, trials so far not successful and at best it is estimated another 10 years before anything possible to be released on the market - if anything.
'Jonathan Miller' claims he went to his ENT about his tinnitus. He also later mentions he had hearing loss. No mention of what the vast majority of competent ENTs would do and that is to establish if you have sensorineural hearing loss. No mention of that and no mention of any treatments other than apparently being told to drink some herbal tea. What rubbish.
The video goes into claims that the combination of the ingredients is what somehow miraculously is the cure. All this stuff is, is a mixture of various herbs.
Yes, the herbal content such as ginseng and others have been shown in research papers to have some limited efficacy in helping with hearing loss issues - generally in conjunction with conventional treatments such as Prednisolone/Prednisone corticosteroids (the first line medication used for sensorineural hearing loss). Many of us in hearing loss support groups have heard most of the herbs claimed and tried to be sold 'snake oil' products claiming miracles.
In this case, the video throws in some 'top secret' conspiracy rubbish to make it seem like this product has been suppressed because of pharma companies not wanting it to be released. Total absolute garbage. As it stands there is very limited medication that helps tinnitus and hearing loss and none is a cure.
Prednisolone is the main one to help reduce inflammation in the inner ear from inner ear disorders such as Meniere's Disease, Cochlear Hydrops, Autoimmune Inner ear Disease. Betahistine, Valium are others for tinnitus, inner ear blood flow and vertigo. Dexamethasone injections through the eardrum is another one.
There are so many desperate people suffering from inner ear diseases with tinnitus, hearing loss, hyperacusis, vertigo etc. And will try anything for hopeful relief.
Unfortunately this product is just to fill the pockets of clever marketers with money, who mostly then disappear with the money and shut down the business name before too many disgruntled purchasers complain too much. The ingredients won't kill you and would be healthy most likely in their own right as herbs. But won't cure your hearing loss, tinnitus. No. And what you are paying for these herbs mixed with water/alcohol etc, is a rip off.
And dodgy YouTube videos that look like red flag videos of Cortexi - are actually because sceptical people like me then watch them, to realise that the content creators are actually marketing the products as well and trying to allay scepticism. There's links on their YouTube page to purchase the product, to get an affiliate marketing link commission when someone clicks on that link.
Where is the company based? Is trycortexi.com the official site? Not sure. Hard to determine the source.
