I don't need to order this product to…

I don't need to order this product to know it's a scam. Be aware people, if it sounds too good to be true please do some research. And I mean go to sites like this or reddit.

Many people have been buying this from Amazon and their website its crazy. People need to take a stance against this scum.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks everyone. Filled out the form and was ready to pull the trigger, but wanted to check reviews first. Not in a position to throw money away.

Reporting to BBB

I should have read the reviews. I’m 2 weeks in and nothing, sounds like the noise in my ear/brain is worsening (how can that be)they claim this product not only help with tinnitus but help with clarity, inflammation and memory. Hopefully I will be able to get a full refund. Like I said so far NOTHING! I will be reporting Cortexi to the BBB

I worked for a company that tried to…

I worked for a company that tried to develop a liquid form of Cold Fx.At the time, it was impossible to assay the natural ingredients, and therefore to consistently manufacture a repeatable product to satisfy FDA or HPB Canada.
Perhaps Mr Cortexi could enlighten us. But somehow I don’t think so…

I almost bought it

I almost bought it, but thanks to Trust Pilot I realized if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably not. Shame on these people claiming a miracle cure when they know it's all BS. Double shame on them for reneging on their promise to refund in case of customer dissatisfaction. THANK YOU, TRUST PILOT!

If a product has a 15 minute speech to…

If a product has a 15 minute speech to tell you why they are unknown because Pharma is shutting them out, be prepared. If Pharma had a drug, they would push it. This is all a SCAM. Cortexi is playing on those with a placebo effect only. Save your money. I have tinnitus too, but what really angers me is dishonest people who would prey upon someone’s pain and discomfort for a profit. I pray that the lord takes vengeance against these types of people, and they get an eternity of payback for what they are doing to people. If you have to lie and cheat to get ahead, find a better job. There are plenty out there. Be a bonus to people, it will come back to you! Hope you are able to live with the tinnitus until a real cure is found. I have a friend who has had a wonderful reprieve from an audiologist who used hearing aids. I’d try that first!

MADE MY HEARING WORSE

I had high hopes with Cortexi fixing my tinnitus. Not only did my hearing and buzzing become much worse, but they did not give me a refund when I requested it. I sent all 6 bottles back, sent an email and no response. Douglas Starnes

If I could give it a minus star

If I could give it a minus star, I would. It didn't work after a couple of weeks so I wrote to the company for a refund. They said I should give it at least 2 months to work, so I did. It still didn't work so I asked for my refund. They said, "sorry, your 60 period has expired." Complete waste of money.

Total Scam!

The guy who allegedly invented the “wonder medicine” claims to have cured his own Tinnitus in weeks. So I wanted to purchase the two month supply because if it worked for him in weeks, why not just get the two bottles just in case. Well, I chatted with a customer service rep who said most people don’t get the results until 6 months. They sounded confident despite me pointing out what the inventor claimed and was talked into buying the 6 months supply. I finished the 6 months and there has been ZERO difference!! I reached out to their customer support and was told…Sorry, we can only do refunds within the 2 months. I’ll be lodging a complaint with the BBB.

Do NOT waste your time with this scam, it doesn’t work!

Does not do what was claimed

I am sad I have to even given this 1 star. The first thing you notice on opening the box is a leaflet stating that this is a health supplement. The video sales pitch boasts that it is sone miracle cure for tinnitus… clearly it isn’t.

I am using it every day but there has not even been the slightest reduction in buzzing.

Save your money. This is absolutely a waste of time. For a relatively intelligent man with 2 law degrees I feel pretty foolish falling for it. However, anyone with tinnitus knows how much they really want it to go away. So it was worth £250 trying. Does anyone else need to spend that money to find out… I don’t think so.

Cortexi drops are not the answer.

Hang Onto Those Empty Bottles!!!

I tried the Cortexi for over 60 days. The customer service group came from some outfit named zendesk. They hijack all the emails addressed to cortexi. They were quite nice in the beginning, even granting me an additional 30 days to try the Cortexi. Well, after 65 days it was clear that it had done nothing for my tinnitus. I called to return it per the guarantee. First they offered to settle things with a 50% discount. I declined that. Then they went to 60%, I declined that. That is when I was told that to get the full refund, I had to return all the bottles that I had ordered, EVEN THE EMPTY ONES. Cortexi's guarantee does not specify this. It does say that you can even return empty bottles but does not say that they must be included for the full refund. When I called that to the attention of zendesk, they appreciated me calling that to their attention but remained obstinate that I would only be refunded based on the number of bottles returned. Fortunately I had just emptied one of the bottles and was able to retrieve it from the garbage. Now I ask you, who in their right mind keeps an empty bottle around for 30 days when they didn't even know that they had to return it??

Bottom line is that I will only be refunded for 5 bottles. In other words the guarantee only works for unused bottles unless one is OCD enough to keep empty bottles around!

Based on other reviews, I sent my material back with a USPS tracking number so that they will not be able to say that they did not receive it.

So, two things--
1. the Cortexi did not work for me at all even though I used faithfully in compliance with their directions.
2. Their return policy is disingenuous and a scam of sorts.
3. Their customer service arm-- zendesk appears to be unable to apply common sense to their policies!

Cortexi - what's going on here?

A video popped up on YouTube about Cortexi so I watched it until it went on and on so I stopped watching. Did a Google search to find two "reviews" which were just plugs to buy the product. Strange thing the YT videos had "don't buy" and "buyer beware" with red stop lights all over them. The "reviews" were obviously scripted and positive and urging to buy. So it looks like someone's managed to hack them to display the warnings. When I tried to put a comment in about it just said "action not allowed". Read thru the other comments and they kept repeating word for word just from different accounts. Went to another review site and my virus app flashed " malicious website"! I am a sufferer of tinnitus but with all this suspicious activity surrounding Cortexi no way I would risk any money on it. Would suggest others also beware - it stinks of "snake oil" scam to me.

NO money back from their guarantee

I made two separate orders of Cortexi on June 27, 2023. On July 24, 2023. I contacted Clickbank to advise that I wanted to return the order because it was not working. We packed the items and sent them to the address in Aurora, CO via USPS. I never received my refund. I contacted Clickbank who then contacted Cortexi who responded that they would issue a refund when they received the product. I sent that product back in July and it is now October. They are denying that they received the return. You have to deal with Clickbank? Unethical, not honoring the 60 day money back guarantee

Snake Oil

This is a traditional "snake oil" sales approach.

Whatever you pay for it, say 49.00 per bottle. You follow the instructions and do not get any results.

Then you call for your money back and the offer you 50% of what you paid so you dont have to go the USPS to ship it back.

Net profit Cortexi 25.00 per bottle.

Stay away
