Do zero stars count

Do zero stars count? I bought 6 bottles and after 90 days, no improvement. They don't really want to honor their refund guarantee. Instead of refunding my entire $328 purchase, they want to offer me 'deals'. After I turned down their 'offers', they told me that I had to return ALL of the bottles (even the empty ones). That was not listed on their guarantee. I am sending back 3.5 bottles and expect the full refund. They have been informed that if I don't get the full refund in a timely manner, further steps will be taken. And, yes, I ordered it directly and not through Amazon.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! Total scam!! I'm thinking that any and/or all of the positive reviews are either paid for, manufactured or both. Total waste of time and money as there were NO positive results by using Cortexi! Almost nervous about the ingredients in the product that I
subjected my body to. Thankfully I did not renew. Communication with the company brought the generic "all people are different" responses. So sad that this type of marketing even makes it's way to our feeds! Shame on you, Facebook and Google!!

Is Google part of this scam

So, here is my question. When you google that stuff, Google show you all the positive reviews. Do they get paid, I'm sure they are. Does Facebook get paid for that crap, I'm sure they do. Thanks to reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I'll save myself a stash of money

There is No Cure for tinnitus. Don't waste good $.

I purchased the 3 bottles supply hoping it would give me some comfort based on the previous reviews I read. I understand tinnitus is a very delicate situation. Even when they say there's no cure for it, you're still hopeful. Don't waste your hard earn money on this product. My ears are still ringing even louder now.

I purchased 4 bottles or the Zen Cortex…

I purchased 4 bottles or the Zen Cortex Hearing Support Formula at a cost of over $200 from the U.S. I used it for 58 days and saw no improvement whatsoever! I contacted their Customer Services Department who advised me to continue using the product for up to 80 days for the best results. They also agreed to extend the guarantee to 90 days. I did as advised but saw zero improvement. I contacted them again only to be informed that I was 4 days outside the guarantee period. I explained that I had been to the U.S. on holidays and asked for some leeway. They were not the least bit interested. Please stay away from this product. It certainly did nothing whatsoever for me!

Cortexi (Zencortex) a Scam

Thanks to Trustpilot and the reviews here I can see what I fully expected to see regarding this scam company. Also advertising on YouTube as Zencortex.
There IS NO cure for Tinnitus. Only various therapies that minimize it. These Scumbag companies that try to rip of poor sick people looking for some relief. Instead of relief they only add enormously to their grief.

Tinnitus is now curable

I had terrible tinnitus. When I first got it, it was incurable. All the medicines I tried just reduced it. Then I tried cotexi, halfway through the third bottle, COMPLETE silence. Wonderful. I stopped taking cortexi 8 months ago and still silence

I bought 6 bottles for 6 month supply…

I bought 6 bottles for 6 month supply to be taken orally. one was broken and ws replaced. I noticed the difference of the taste, the sweetness was not equally the same. After finishing the 6 bottles for 6 months, my tinnitus did not go away at all, unfortunately. So, I'm not buying Cortexi anymore - not effective and very expensive! $294.00 for 6 bottles.

I was about to buy some Cortexi as I'm…

I was about to buy some Cortexi as I'm struggling with tinnitus since I caught covid last year. What an amazing advert and so convincing! My entire family are medical, apart from me, and I made them watch the half hour video. They all agreed it was absolute rubbish, which annoyed me and I was determind to prove them wrong. However I thought it sensible to look at some reviews first. I was shocked but also extremely grateful that I didn't buy any and waste my money. A massive THANK YOU to all who left a review, and an even bigger THANK YOU to Trustpilot!

This is a scam

This is a scam, the easiest way to stop tinnitus is to consume a few glasses of alcohol, alcohol relaxes the sensory neurons in the brain thus slowing brain activity, you suffer from tinnitus mostly when you are in a state of panic or stress, when you slow neurological pathways in the brain tinnitus subsides and relaxes the effects of fast impulses, I suffer from tinnitus and find a couple of glasses of beer before I go to bed stops or dulls the serverty of the condition and I can get a good night's sleep.

I purchased a 6 month supply but one…

I purchased a 6 month supply but one bottle came broken. It took 2 weeks to arrive but the 60 money back refund starts on the order date (dumb). They promised to ship a replacement bottle but never did. After the 60 days was almost up, I asked for the refund but they offered to extend the warranty period another 30 days, so I accepted. At almost 90 days, still no change so I again asked for refund but I would need to return the unused at my expense (not cheap). They said they would give me a 50% refund if I kept it, I said no but I would accept a 75% discount. They agreed. Just to prove my point I continued to take it for 5 months (1 broken bottle, remember). I can categorically say, it doesn't work and they obviously make a huge profit to be able to discount it so much.

NOTE: I bought from Cortexi direct at a higher price than is charged on Amazon. Everyone says that the Amazon version taste horrible. Mine was quite a peasant sweet taste so the Amazon version is probably different, but still useless junk.

Conclusion: It is useless garbage and a scam.

Just a 19th century Snake Oil product

Snake Oil product at it's worst...I bought a six month supply and absolutely no improvement. Retired and on a fixed income. Seeing that this can worsen with age, I'm sure many seniors have bought this item with money they could not afford.

I bought Cortexi in the hope of relief of my tinnitus

I bought Cortexi in the hope of clearing my tinnitus. As with others I was disappointed to have no improvement at all. I contacted the company after I used the first bottle with no results. They came back with you need to use it for three to six months. Therefore voiding their 60 day refund! I am disappointed with this company. It seems to be a money grabbing scam I am disappointed that I fell for the scam. I am now 3 months in with not a speck of improvement.

I took this product for 60 days

I took this product for 60 days, if anything , it made the ringing louder. I wanted to give a fair amount of time to test this product before calling for a refund. The product was useless and so was the company return policy. I feel like they were dishonest from the get go. They refused to take a return of the product, and I feel like they are just out there preying on people. Please don't waste your money on this crooked company!
