They give a 60 day money back guarantee. After 60 days I asked for a refund. It doesn't work. Then they said it works better if taken for 70-80 days. They said they would give another 30 day warranty. Like a fool, I didn't press for a refund then. Now they claim I didn't accept their offer so no refund. Why would they give a 60 guarantee and then say you need to take it for 70-80 days?

I purchased 6 months supply and having just completed the course I have seen no improvement in my hearing loss or tinnitus whatsoever. Total waste of money.

60 day money back guarantee. I followed instructions and never missed a day. After 60 days barely into second bottle. Wanted to give it a chance. Now, was denied a refund since past 60 days even though I have 10 of 12 full bottles remaining and still some of the second bottle. I wanted to give the product a chance. Was told two bottles was a fair test. Didn't remedy or even mitigate my tinnitus. Along with their Golden Renew capsules, I wasted $600 on Cortexi products. I fell for their slick, convincing video. I was a Sucker.....

Didn’t work at all. In fact 3 bottles later, the ringing had gotten worse! Waste of time and money.

I bought this product for Tinnitus Back in January 2024. I used in february and didn't notice any difference. I sent them an email for a refund since there was a 60 days money back guaranty. They sent me an email suggesting that to use it a little longer like 60- 70 days to see the benefit. so I did a little over 60 days later I sent an email asking money back again because it was not helping. They denied it because it was over 60 days. First they are suggesting to you for 60- 70 days to use it than deny it because it is over 60 days.
However my experience, this product doesn't work.

Cortexi worked after two days for about 10 days but started up again so disappointed and am going to try to get my money back

Cortexi is a scam used 3 bottles did nothing at all waste of time and money

I bought 4 bottles of this crap and had no change at all and when I asked for the money back guarantee after 60 days, was told to give it another 10-20 days and they would extend my money back guarantee. Because I didn’t reply saying “ok,” they would not give me my money back when I contacted them 10 days later. These people are true scam artists. I don’t know how on earth any of them sleep at night taking money away from people who are already broke from trying to help themselves in any way from the terrible condition of tinnitus. Don’t ever give these people your money. I’m heartbroken and devastated that this company that prides itself so much on this miracle product is really just a money making scheme preying on desperate and ill people. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My review concerns the ridiculous handling and shipping time for this product. I can't comment on its effectiveness as I never received my order.
I ordered 4 bottles of Cortexi on 2/5/24. The box did not arrive in my mailbox until 2/21/24! I say box because it arrived empty with a sticker on it from the USPS stating the box arrived to them empty and unsealed.
As of today it has been 19 days since my order was placed and my CC charged with no product!
Beware they use UPS Freight Less-than-Truckload shipping which I did not know- extremely cheap and slow.
I am seeking a full refund with low confidence however thankful I used a credit card and can dispute with them if I need to.

This is just a big scam. Not working at al. I buy and tell its not working, they tell me tonuse for 90 day. Than i complain after 90 days. And than they reply the limit for sending complain is 90 days. What a joke of a product and company

Snake oil. Lies and promises of lies.
Someone should sue YouTube for the ad they are allowing on their site. Doesn't work. They know it doesn't work... yet they keep stealing money from people who suffer from tinnitus. Morally wrong as well as criminal.

The only positive review here is for an app called “Cortex”! All other reviews are negative. So sad to see that this is happening to innocent people who get their hopes up only to find zero results. If you are reading this please rate them at BBB.

My only regret is wasting ten minutes of my life watching the slick video (with the sound down) before smelling a rat. And thanks to the ever reliable Trustpilot, all power to you! For what it's worth, I have learned to live with my tinnitus - it's just background noise, and, trust me, only affects sensitive and intelligent people.

This Cortexi is a total hoax!! Shame on you for taking advantage of people suffering, people hoping and believing. Shame shame :(( it’s nothing but a tea and honey.

I ordered back on October 18 . By November 14 I called the company and told them I had no Improvement with the tinnitus and I wanted to return for a refund. I was told they would extend my return if I took the product longer. I still have no Improvement and made another request for a refund. Now they refuse telling me I'm put the original return date.
They lack integrity. Don't trust their product either.

No effect at all. I Can't reach them for their 60 day refund. Just one more scam on people seeking help. Don't waste your time or money. Lowlives taking advantage of people in need.
