I have been having problem with my knee for a few years, tried many different medication creams and therapies, it was just temporary and short lived relief, suppose to do surgery too but did not want to go that way. That is an outstanding customer service if you ask me! Now I wear my new knee sleeve, it's better fit, better support. I do bend my knee a lot throughout my work, and it helped me tremendous. Wish only if jelly cushion part of the sleeve stays on my knee cap throughout my work shift, without coming down a bit, so I don't have to keep pulling it up....regardless, great and effective product for knee problems!
