They are NOT an authorized GPU distributor!
I was planning to buy a PowerColor GPU and found it suspicious that CompuMail does not list any warranty info on their product page, unlike many other online shops who list a 3-year warranty. For reference, this is an excerpt from PowerColor's warranty page:
> "PowerColor provides warranty for brand new PowerColor (own design) graphics cards purchased thru our authorized distributors and sellers. For more details, please kindly contact our local distributors and sellers where you purchase. To insure your right, please always check with the reseller / purchase store for the warranty details and repair process."
Consequently, I called CompuMail's customer service and asked about the GPU's warranty and was told to refer to the manufacturer about such issues. I also asked whether they were an authorised distributor and was met with a plain "no" (I even asked again to make sure there was no miscommunication).
Now it is clear without a shadow of a doubt that one should not expect any manufacturer warranty support from CompuMail on PowerColor components, and likely many other products too. Of course, I decided to not buy the GPU from CompuMail.
It's baffling how CompuMail thinks it can compete with other shops when they do not even provide one of the most basic things that buyers look for when purchasing PC components.

Not more than 30-40 min after i made the order ,i emailed the company to cancel because of a second thought,they didn't assist on this because they said that it was impossible,the order is being packed & shipped but I didn't have any notification about this yet .and for closure the order was supposed to be delivered today 27/5 but nothing and no notification that when it will arrive just that " it's on the way " .thank you

The service was half half. I paid PostNord 129 kr to get the delivery at home. After waiting all the day at home. PostNord delivered to Ica 500 m to my home. And then I have to time to Ica to get my Coffee Machine. Part of it is also your fault, since you use PostNord on your website.

Fast delivery which was good (but a lot of places have really fast delivery nowdays). Tricky return though. Had to email, got a reply, had to email back, got a return tag, had to find a printer… I order practically everything online and am used to very smooth systems. One or two clicks, a qr-code gets sent to my inbox and I go to the nearest drop of point. Nothing wrong with this company (I think…?) but their systems are quite archaic and so I felt inconvenienced. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again any time soon. Convenience is pretty key when it comes to online shopping.

Delivered a product that was…dead on arrival
Delivered a product that was dead-on-arrival which had to be sent back. One and a half months later I have not seen a replacement product or a cancellation and repayment of my order (despite multiple tries). Does not respond on tha online customer service and simply replies by email that my product is on service.
Interesting that compumail calls their customers liars. I paid for the service on the 6th of jan, today is the 26th of feb. Still no ETA on either refund or product.
