Just ordered my first products from the company (3 x serum, 1 x shampoo, 1 x silicone scalp massager) 2 weeks ago. In this review I'll try to be as concise as possible regarding my experience.

Shopping experience: The overall shopping experience on their website was very nice and smooth. I think the website is well structured and the whole selecting and checking out process is good.

Delivery: I live in close to Denmark so package arrived quite fast, I believe it took 2 days for it to arrive.

Information & transparency: I really liked and keep on liking the fact that compared to other companies which sell products for hair maintenance and regeneration, they offer quite good knowledge regardging the science behind hair growth, the way the product works, additional tips of taking care of your hair etc. In the past I've tested products from Vichy and Crescina and the info they offered was always sketchy and scarce.

Product: Products look and feel qualitative and I really believe the price is fair. I myself am not a vegan but for the ones out there rest assured the products are vegan, but i think you can read more on their website.
Silicone scalp massager: I would say (not an expert ofc) that the material used is very qualitative. It is feels very nice on the skin and I'm very pleased I opted to buy it as it comes in handy when applying the serum. More than that on the first use, it helped remove a lot of dead skin from my scalp leaving it nice and clean.
Shampoo: Shampoo is ok, has a plesant and discrete smell, sweet and minty.
Serum: I've been using it for 2 weeks and 2 days as of today, applying between 2 and 2,5 pippets of serum per day, and without a joke I can see new tiny hairs growing. I will wait until i reach the 1 month mark and properly assess but checking ad-hoc there seem to be already promising results. The smell of the serum is plesant (also gives me the impression of something sweet) so one can use it daily without having to worry. A few minutes in after being applied gives a burning sensation, which on first ever use I have to admit, was quite intense towards painfull. It does get better to the point in which is more of a pleasant heating sensation. Even if you apply it perfectly on the scalp due to what is known as capilary effect the liquid goes up the hair fiber. It does give the hair more volume and in a sense creates the effect which silica hair powder does. This can be both good and not so good as even though it makes the hair look nicer and easier to model (especially if you have longer hair with soft and thin hair fibers as me) it does make it a bit harder to brush and comb. Also last but not least in this category, another thing which made me buy this is the usage of natural ingredients in the whole formula. Read more on their website.

Communication: I also really like the fact that you can keep in touch with the company through emailing. Apart from being proactive and sending you all sorts of interesting material, they also reply promptly to emails.

What I disliked: Frankly I cannot say I had something which I disliked. Maybe the fact that apart from regular option to buy a product, they are using a subscription based selling model which offers better prices. But that is just me disliking subscriptions and even that can be changed adjsuted cancelled modified etc. So all in all nothing really worth mentioning.

Conclusion: My personal experience up until this point is a great one all throughout. Of course a review (even though a bit more extensive like this) does not do the product nor the team behind it, real justice, nor does it show the awesomness. In any case to potential clients I do recommend the product and to the team, great job and keep up the good work!

5 stars for interface / design and idea.

Would have given 5 stars, however I think there is still room for improvement when it comes to displaying the products and right prices.
Just an example when shopping for something I found the same product with multiple prices and multiple descriptions.
I'm not an expert in web shops, however it would be nice for information to be displayed homogenously.
As an example this product had multiple prices amongst which also with one part of a 10% discount campaign. If a buyer is not careful can end up not benefiting from that or paying more when they could be paying less.

Not only it comes fast, but one of the best websites for all mobile accessories. Moreover because of the Klarna method of payment everything is super smooth. Keep up the good work!

Especially liked the website which functioned well. Also the fact that they have videos on how to repair your device or replace parts is extremely useful. Another plus for the fact that you can pay with Klarna.
