will pick it up now..

I gave my order yesterday morning (5DFK0S2N) with their pledge to sent it at the same day. I havent recieved any confirmation nor "sent" notification from them about my order. Not possible to follow the order from their web site. The live chat do not work neither..
But (just now!) as i was writing this review i recieved an sms that my order has arrived and ready to pick from postnord. Surprise!.. it would be 3 stars otherwise. I reccomend them to be more reachable and inform the customer properly..

Beware..

I have been so unfortunate to apply for their 75 kr TV pack, which was basically rubbish. I ve ignored to cancel it since it was supposed to be only +36 kr to our existing standard TV pack which was included in the rent. But instead I have received 184 kr additional separate fakturas which have been swelled out in every possible way. (eg +49 sek printed faktura cost which I ve never asked.) I applied for cancellation and now they have sent me 335 kr faktura including 200 kr cancellation cost. So I can clearly say Sappa is regret! they try to rip you in every possible way..

As I do not have any information about your customer profile, I unfortunately cannot look through your particular case.

In general, the first invoice is usually a bit higher as it often refers to a longer period the first time. A fee is added for paper invoices, if you want to avoid this, you can instead choose some of our other payment methods (mail invoice, autogiro or e-faktura) where no fee is added.
