The worst delivery company in all Sweden!

They have good prices, they delivered the products quite soon, but they brought me a printer in Polish(!) language. All buttons and language of the printer is in Polish and thete is no Danish or Swedish language to choose in thr printer's settings. I'd say it is quite embarassing for the company, and frustrating for me.

This is the most terrible company to buy vinyls from. Their preorders were delayed for more than 1 year and the quality of the records was awful. Would never buy again from them!

I made my first order on Gamemaniacs and it went really smoothly! The delivery was very fast (2 working days) and the items were delivered very nicely packed. Worthy of note is that the availability of each item on the website changes in real time. So the risk of ordering out of stock items is reduced. I am very satisfied by their handling of my order and as long as they keep their prices competitive, I will buy again from these maniacs! xD

HeatSupply is such a great webshop where one can find a wide variety of hot sauces. Ranging from Cholula and Tabasco to specialty "Hot Ones" sauces, they know how to structure their stock and give detailed descriptions of ingredients and heat intensity (which is always spot on!). Even when one sauce goes out of stock, they are quick to bring it back into their supply.
The most surprising service though was their fast delivery! Of course I am close to the Netherlands (I live in Sweden), but they managed to send me my order within 2 working days, and their packaging was very meticulous and super safe for the bottles! Kuddos to that!
The only negative/constructive feedback I would give is that they could revise a way to lower the order limit to qualify for free delivery, at least in Europe. For Sweden, there is a 200€ limit (equivalent to 20 sauce bottles approximately), which is a bit too high, in my opinion.

The most rubbish service and company that sells items in Sweden! AVOID even if the price is cheaper than other shops. Amazon.se puts people in more trouble and time consumption than any other company.

I have been sent a package with an item I have never ordered and my items were missing. I am not refunded until I send the package back, and that takes 14 working days. Totally unacceptable! I am never buying again from them!!!

I have been there more than 15 times during the past 3 years, and have absolutely been satisfied all of the times I visited Curfew. From their welcoming reception by the (hidden) entrance, to providing us with great service and presenting us with the most unique and tasty drinks.

Their cocktails are amazing creations and custom-designed by the experienced owner and bartenders. They are so distinctive and delicious, like nothing else you have tasted before. My favorite ones are "Arne Jacobsen" (rum-based) and "Bonnie & Clyde" (whiskey-based).

On top of that, the owner is the definition of professionalism and tastefulness, he upgrades the cocktail menu frequently and takes great care of the bar and its decoration and vibe. It emanates a speak-easy, retro atmosphere which will take you back to the golden age of jazz. All the personnel in Curfew shows exceptional service and welcoming manners, they are very polite and treat the customers better than any other bar I have ever been to in Denmark!

I will be visiting Curfew again and again without a second thought!

Amazing wooden blinds! Their quality is very good, and it is so great that you can make a custom-made size for your blinds. It really saved us because we had a pretty strange-sized window to cover in our bedroom.
One thing they could improve is the instructions of how to set them up. But with a bit of trying we managed to put them up in the window.

On the 1st of November I effectively moved to another electricity company, but Den Glade Eltavle still billed me for the WHOLE NOVEMBER. Since then, they kept all the amount, they did not even issue a refund for me until I called them and demanded for one about a couple of weeks after the end of November. But still, even after that, they were very late with the refund and I did not get the money back until the 5th January. Money that they charged me for a whole month when I was not their customer!!!
This is not good service for me and it is unacceptable to keep people's money for electricity they have NOT EVEN CONSUMED for such a long period.
They even called me and asked to remove the review, so to be fair I updated my review based on my total experience.

They said they would transfer some of my stuff from Greece to Denmark, but they did not mention their trucks do not do international transports.
So, I figured out they use DHL for these transports, and their price was either the same or higher than what it would cost me if I arranged it with DHL directly.
Waste of time...

The delivery was not delivered the day it was supposed to (Friday), and then it was rescheduled for next week.
Also, you mentioned it would be delivered between 8:00-16:00 and it arrived 16:30. It is totally unacceptable to have this low quality of service. I may as well say PostNord is better in delivering than you (which is really shameful). I hope you improve in the future.

I have ordered a jersey that originally would take a few weeks to arrive. Then, this period became 1 month long indicating a specific date of arrival. The product never came on that day and when I called next day they told me that they have problems with their supplier and it will take MAYBE 1 more month to get my product. Totally unacceptable service! I would not recommend to anyone to use this webshop to buy anything really!
PS. They have issued me a refund but I will wait until it is officially in my account to confirm that they were decent with refunding my order.

The products are usually of good quality, but their service has really been horrible lately! I ordered a brand new product, which was estimated to arrive after 4 weeks. Instead, Thomann sent me a package after 3 weeks, but it was a B-stock item (sent back from another customer) which was in a half-torn box and had most of its parts missing. After numerous phone calls, they only offered to refund me after I had printed the labels (while I did not have access to a printer) and returned it. The labels they offered to send me by post never arrived. It took me ages to call UPS and arrange a pick up delivery. And after all these steps, the refund took more than 1 week to arrive. I am really disappointed by Thomann, since I have been a customer for decades, only to be treated like crap. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Thomann as the delivery arrangements and after-sales department are totally unreliable.

Everything went smooth and well!

My order was not delivered to me at all and they have not yet replied to my request for refund. Totally unacceptable!

They delivered me meat products that have expired. Unacceptably bad service.
