I made an order through the app and ordered a triple western and on the spot I was given a regular western burger. And this mistake was not made by the employees because such an order was generated by the system. Please check it so that such situations do not occur in the future. Remember that time is money and I lost an additional 15 minutes. It seems not much but if someone has planned time it is a lot.

Ordered take out at the restaurant, have been sitting here for half an hour so far, waiting, still no food. Either have a grown up in the joint or stop hiring literal kids. Just walking around with hands on their heads. Never coming to this chain again.

Carl's jr storcenter nord…
This is on Carl's jr storcenter nord Aarhus.
Three times now they have got the order wrong..
Ordered 3 milkshakes with the order and they turn up with 2 cokes and 1 Fanta.
Never phoned up and asked and still expect to take the same amount of money
Maybe it's about time you got some adults to work in the store to over see the young people and maybe get someone to do some proper customer service.
Extremely very disappointed with the service yet again.

Nightmare
An hour wait for a burger they call a snack. Upon contacting the staff, I was referred that the kitchen can't read what order has what number. It's okay, it happens, you have to wait, although this is extreme. After waiting over an hour and do some several requests, I finally got my order. No apology, no justification. If you like your time, I recommend choosing another place. Any place. I bet it can’t be worse.

Der kan godt forekomme en lille smule ventetid, da vores dygtige personale først starter med at lave din burger, når bestillingen er lagt - så er den nemlig helt frisklavet, og det giver også langt den bedste kvalitet. Dernæst må vi erkende, at det naturligvis ikke er meningen, at dine chili cheese fries skulle være kolde, så det vil vi meget gerne følge op på og samtidige finde en god løsning. Derfor har vi også kontaktet dig og bedt om flere oplysninger.

Not a very good experience!!!
We(my boyfriend and I) usually come to Carls in Odense and we had very good experience until yesterday. We didn’t come at rush hour and there were maybe ten persons eating. There was nobody at the cashier and we had to wait for a boy which did not wear the Carls uniform to take our order. Afterwards while we waited for our order, a lot of kids came and waited for the “cashier” kid, at the entrance of the kitchen which I found VERY unprofessional(there were at least 5 of them). When we received our order my boyfriend’s Bourbon double hamburger had the wrong bun and almost inexistent bourbon sauce. I don’t know what happened yesterday but it was a bad experience for us. Now I will think twice if I want to eat at Carls Jr.

I am writing to you, because of a complaint that I have with one of your restaurants. And we eat with you very often when we visit Aalborg, and are always happy with food and service, because it is always so clean. But this time we visited you on Boulevard on the 13 july, and one of your employs did not wear a uniform like the others, and that is not very hygienic when she is making our food. We did not see her name. She was not wearing a hat also. That seems very unprofessional.
But the food and service was very good.
We were also not happy with there not being the tarco tenders anymore. We would like it back on the menu.

Fastfood?? SLOWFOOD!!
The food was okay, nothing special. Just like any other fastfood-burger/fries. We (2 people) came in at a non-busy hour, just one person in front of us in line. We waited 25 (!!!!!!!) minutes before our food came to the table. No special order. Could have been waiting the same amount of time at a real restaurant, and got better food. So not worth the wait! Was in there once before a while ago, it was at a busy hour and was told that it would take 30-45 min. to prepare our order (still no special-order) so we just left. Apparantly this is (VERY) slowfood.

Randers
Randers - Personal are very very friendly and service minded. Nevertheless they don't know how to make burgers. Also, it takes forever to make an order. Probably because they are only 2-3 people with a full restaurant. Having said that, it is not the personal's fault that the level is bad but it's due to poor management and bad admin decisions.
Please help the staff otherwise we need to drive to Tilst :(
