I visited here couple or weeks ato in Vejle with my daughter. I wanted to buy a children's nugget menu for my daughter. I told the young man who took the order that I would pay cash, I handed him 500 DKK and he only offered me small coins as change(10dkk) I refused this and paid by card and repeated that I wanted the nugget menu. I paid 54 DKK. The menu I was given had one milk and nugget, but I went there for fries, ı couldnt get it anyway ı be hurry for my bus and never thinking to go back here one more

I ordered a Hereford Classic Menue and got a burger without meet. When I complained I was informed that I had ordered a burger without meet. Therefore, they won’t give me another. I checked on the receipt, and they were right. But I do not understand how it is possible to opt out the meet in the ordre program without realizing it. Of course, the prize is the same. So you don’t realize your mistake. And I do not understand, why neither the employees nor the manager wanted to give me another burger or at leaset the meet (the prize was the same!). The problem was, that they didn’t even see, that there was a problem! I have never experienced such a bad service! So they have lost a regular customer, who was often coming with the whole famile.

Vegetarian food coooked with meat
Their vegetarian burgers are cooked in the same oil like their meat. It was always like that, but now this is part of the small print of their menu. As a vegetarian, this is insultuing.
I think they misunderstood the concept of vegetarian food. We cancelled our subscription and my family goes never ever close to this place. I can't describe the level of dissapointment and I make sure everyone in my social network knows about this.

If you bake something in chicken fat, that is not plant based. Like the chicken is not plant based because it eat a corn.
You have lots of Vegetarians complaining about meat in their food here. You have not even inform them that your food is not vegetarian.

We understand that you are disappointed and frustrated that the plant-based burger is fried in the same fryer as our other chicken products. Our plant-based products, however, we make a point of stating that they are plant-based - we do not list them as either vegetarian or vegan, but rather plant-based. In addition, we also state that they are fried in the same fryer as our other chicken products, precisely so that there must be transparency around the product and there must be no doubt.
We will of course take your considerations into account, and perhaps at some point in the future it will be possible to offer vegetarian and vegan products.

The food is not ready at the time ordered. After arriving to pick up the order, we wait for another 20 minutes. The food has not started to be prepared at all, other people come to order instead and it is served to them within 5-8 minutes.

Kolding Store Center Experience
I went to Sunset Boulevard Tuesday 30th 08.2022 at the Kolding Store center. It was my Sons Birthday and I went around 1 pm there and asked one of the female employee who worked about a burger. She was very rude. She was full of attitude and just ignored my question and started talking with another employee in Danish. I could clearly see she was talking about me. The service is and customer care there was so bad.

Missing beef in hereford and cold side orders - Skejby
Went to sunset this evening, bought two menu's at the venue in Skejby, Aarhus N.
A mix menu and a Hereford bearnaise menu with cheese bites.
When I came home and started the eat my burger, I discovered they forgot to add the hereford beef paddy?!?!
I called the Venue and was told I could come and pick up new food. I expected a complete new menu, as the one I had would have cold fries and side orders by the time I was home.
The employees did not seem to be sorry or really care, and I got my burger and was on my way, no other compensation.
So I ended up eating my burger and throwing everything else away as it was cold and dry.
How is it even possible to deliver such a poor service for a company as big as Sunset?
I expect some kind of answer on my experence, this can't simply be right.

Absolutely awful experience in the…
Absolutely awful experience in the Hjørring Sunset. We used the drive thru. First of all we had to wait approximately 10-12 minutes for one sandwich and a burger, and there was only one person in front of us. As my girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes, we asked for no tomatoes, the clerk clearly said "no tomatoes", yet the sandwich had tomatoes hidden in it, triggering an allergic reaction. The burger I got was completely greased in mayo on the paper wrap as well, which made it very hard to eat in the car without making a mess. Did a child make it?? It was also barely warm. The bacon was very very fatty and burnt as well. Oh and the diet pepsi we ordered ended up being a regular pepsi. Cannot recommend this place at all. I am not going to Sunset Boulevard again.

I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich…
I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich menu at central station. To my surprise, there was almost no chicken in the chicken sandwich. The fries didn’t had any salt, and the restaurant seemed dirty as well, with trash on the floor. I have had pretty good experience in the past at other locations, but this time it was a disaster.
