Always happy to choose GLS as the delivery company due to the fast delivery and good care of the products transported. I have never had any problems.

We(my boyfriend and I) usually come to Carls in Odense and we had very good experience until yesterday. We didn’t come at rush hour and there were maybe ten persons eating. There was nobody at the cashier and we had to wait for a boy which did not wear the Carls uniform to take our order. Afterwards while we waited for our order, a lot of kids came and waited for the “cashier” kid, at the entrance of the kitchen which I found VERY unprofessional(there were at least 5 of them). When we received our order my boyfriend’s Bourbon double hamburger had the wrong bun and almost inexistent bourbon sauce. I don’t know what happened yesterday but it was a bad experience for us. Now I will think twice if I want to eat at Carls Jr.
