Cancelled my order for the third time…

Cancelled my order for the third time in 2 weeks after waiting an hour for delivery.
How about telling the customer straight away.
Your service is appalling and the help robot service is diabolical and unprofessional.
Just eat will now be deleted .
You have lost a good customer due to your failures on three different occasions.

Canceling your orders after a long wait is a serious mistake, and we take full responsibility. You are absolutely right, customers should be notified immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled. We also apologize that our customer service solution did not meet your expectations in this situation.

Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic customer service.
Had to cancel and re order due to my error and it was delivered in 24 hours. Very helpful service .
Will 100 percent recommend and use again.

Ordered 2 shirts on the 4th April.

Ordered 2 shirts on the 4th April.
Soon after get a message saying we only have part of your order and we will refund the rest .
I have not received any refund or any shirts.
They don't answer their emails so I will not be buying or recommending them to anyone .

Carl's jr storcenter nord…

This is on Carl's jr storcenter nord Aarhus.
Three times now they have got the order wrong..
Ordered 3 milkshakes with the order and they turn up with 2 cokes and 1 Fanta.
Never phoned up and asked and still expect to take the same amount of money
Maybe it's about time you got some adults to work in the store to over see the young people and maybe get someone to do some proper customer service.
Extremely very disappointed with the service yet again.
