This software is very helpful
This software is very helpful, because it is automatic, you don't need to worry about updating prices and this helps to increase sales. Also they have the AI recently in the repricer included in the same price, so we are testing how does it work with that too.
Ai repricer
Bqool is a very interesting Ai repricer. I really like Inventory repricer
Just started selling on Amazon this…
Just started selling on Amazon this year, and bqool was recommended for my repricer. So I signed up, I enjoyed the fact that I was able to schedule a quick 30mins walk through zoom call with one of their reps. The software does the work, im still learning the different option etc but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!
I’ve been using BQool Repricer
I’ve been using BQool Repricer for a while now and it has completely transformed the way I manage my Amazon store. The AI repricer is incredibly fast and smart – it helps me win the Buy Box much more often without sacrificing my profit margins. I really like how customizable the settings are; I can create different strategies depending on the product and competition.
The dashboard is clear and easy to use, and I also appreciate the detailed reports that show how my pricing changes impact sales. Their customer support is excellent too – always quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, BQool has saved me a lot of time and increased my sales significantly. I highly recommend it to any serious Amazon seller who wants to stay competitive.
Great Repricer with Plenty of Options
I have been using Bqool for years and it more than pays for itself by saving time and increasing sales. While testing other repricers I haven't seen the same sales velocity while not tanking prices to lose potential sales prices. Customer service has been great and continous training on the tool is always available. Very happy with using Bqool as part of my business.

Bqool is ok for the premium paid.
Could easily bring more improvements without any technical research, but I think they are not listening . Language issue, probably.
But altogether it is okay. I am depending on BQOOL only, and we do more than 2Million on Sales.
I have been using Bqool since June 2023
I have been using Bqool since June 2023, and during that time, Bqool has continued to evolve. I have tried other alternatives from time to time, but none of the other programs could offer me the same features at comparable prices. In my opinion, the AI rules are unrivaled and do exactly what I want them to do, depending on my selection. Since the end of 2024, I have been using almost exclusively the AI rules because they have become so good that I only use the manual rules in special exceptional situations. I am always surprised when one of the AI rules has once again managed to adjust the price at exactly the right moment to get the maximum selling price. If I had to find a negative aspect of Bqool, it would probably be switching between the different marketplaces. I would like to have a view where you can see all marketplaces directly and adjust prices at the same time. But that's complaining on a high level and only a personal reference; many of my colleagues, on the other hand, like the clear separation between the different marketplaces.

I've been using BQool for the last few years. I tried other repricers but I can personally say this software is the best. There is a learning curve, but once you understand it (they have great tutorials) it's super easy to manage. I've used multiple levels of service and would recommend it for any Amazon business.
These are outdated now. Their competitors are much higher quality. Ask ChatGPT
It’s already far behind its competitors as a repricer. Even though I’ve contacted them twice—without even getting a reply to the second message—it seems I’ll have to switch to another provider, despite still having 6 months left on my subscription. They never offer a refund, even when the mistakes are on their side.
Can't provide receipts
Account is deleted after 90 days of inactivity, so you can't even log into your account to get receipts for tax purposes for the previous year. I emailed support, and they couldn't even help. Terrible customer service.
A really versatile piece of software…
A really versatile piece of software that has helped me keep on top of repricing, helping me maximise profits and drastically reduce the amount of time I spend on this key task.
Must have repricer
In my opinion Bqool is the best repricer for amazon online arbitrage. Everything can be automated with file upload, inventory age rules and general setting. The AI rules are also really helpful. A must have for every seller.
Great so far
Customer support have been great. Learning curve is not too bad. It helps me to not have to reprice my listings one by one. I did see an increase in sales when I switched to AI setting. There's still much to learn and harness from this software.

This company is flagging all negative reviews to try to manipulate its rating. My previous two reviews were deleted because bqool cannot take any criticism. Buyers beware. Previous reviews -
Bqool tanks prices hard because its repricer is so buggy, Amazon doesn't even provide bqool with price update through API a lot of times. I'd not recommend this tool to anyone. It can sink your business with the loss of profit.
Bqool is the worst repricer on the…
Bqool is the worst repricer on the market, I lost over 10k with it because it doesn't respect minimum prices and will not raise your price as often as other repricers. Bqool is also a morally bankrupt company that pays people to write good things about it to lure uninformed customers into paying annual subscription.

BQool Review – Invasive Permissions + Misleading Profit Calculations
I had wanted to rejoin BQool ( left a few days ago , tried seller republic. big mistake) expecting a solid repricing tool. Instead, I was hit with two major red flags:
1. Excessive, Non-Negotiable Permissions
BQool now demands full access to:
Buyer communication
Tax remittance & invoicing
Disbursement and financial data
Brand analytics
These have nothing to do with repricing and cannot be deselected. You’re forced to give them complete access to sensitive areas of your Amazon account just to use the tool.
2. Misleading Profit Estimates
I manually calculated my actual profit per item using real Amazon data:
Net revenue (excluding VAT)
Actual FBA and referral fees
My true product cost
BQool was showing over £3 more profit per item than I was really making. Why? Because it appears BQool does not deduct VAT from your selling price. It simply assumes gross price = net profit, which is completely wrong for UK sellers.
That’s not just a rounding error — it’s a serious misrepresentation that can lead to loss-making sales, especially if you trust its built-in profit display.
Summary:
📛 Overreaching access with no justification
📉 Profit numbers that ignore VAT
❌ No way to restrict access or rely on what it shows
If you're VAT-registered or value your Amazon account privacy, look elsewhere. There are safer, more honest tools that let you control what you share — and actually calculate profit correctly.
Expensive for what you get
Customer support is clueless and just try to accuse anyone except themselves. Bulk updates on ROI not working anymore as they are restricted by Amazon API daily quotas although they work on other pricing engines.
Wrong charge fee and No refund No reply
We request to cancel the service but the company still charge the fee and doesn't refund the fee. We tried to reach out to the account manager, but the person didn't reply for almost a week. Be aware of this company! Worst experience ever!!
Great turn-around after a rocky start!
We are back on track and learning there system. We're very excited to apply the features towards our business and watch the magic happen!
Awesome turn-around after actual phone support!
Back to 5 stars after a phenomenal phone call! Just 1 call is all it took to get us on track and much needed information was received. We are now super excited to finally use the tool and hopefully experience a nice up-tick in sales and take back our TIME spent manually changing prices. Time to work smarter and use automation to reach the next level! 🤠

Back to 2 stars.... all day trying to reach customer service.... more hours and hours wasted. Still trying to onboard 2 months later and nobody gives a hoot! They have our money though!
.........................
Update to 3 stars as we are slowing coming out of the mess that was created by there system and actually received a little bit more help today which is a miracle! Hopefully we can continue and finally be set up correctly soon and put all this mess behind us....
...............................
Absolutley awful onboarding experience.... its been 3 months and over 200.00 and we haven't even started the engine yet.... support has been excruciatingly abysmal! Literally days upon days with ridiculous customer service on a computer chat box just sending whatever random links at ya like there doing some good. Get a random person everytime, so of course you have to spend 30 minutes explaining your situation again and again and again. Its money over customers with this company so far! You literally have to pay 1,000/monthly to breifly speak with someone about your scenario when coming onboard. You cannot speak to anyone! They apparantly seem to hardly care about your business model or how you need to be set up.... They throw a thousand page bible at you on day one and then ask you "is there anything else we can assist you with today" like WTH!! If your made of money and like wasting days and days typing to some foreign customer service agent about serious questions then sign yourself up.
