Awesome turn-around after actual phone support!
Back to 5 stars after a phenomenal phone call! Just 1 call is all it took to get us on track and much needed information was received. We are now super excited to finally use the tool and hopefully experience a nice up-tick in sales and take back our TIME spent manually changing prices. Time to work smarter and use automation to reach the next level! 🤠

Back to 2 stars.... all day trying to reach customer service.... more hours and hours wasted. Still trying to onboard 2 months later and nobody gives a hoot! They have our money though!

Update to 3 stars as we are slowing coming out of the mess that was created by there system and actually received a little bit more help today which is a miracle! Hopefully we can continue and finally be set up correctly soon and put all this mess behind us....

Absolutley awful onboarding experience.... its been 3 months and over 200.00 and we haven't even started the engine yet.... support has been excruciatingly abysmal! Literally days upon days with ridiculous customer service on a computer chat box just sending whatever random links at ya like there doing some good. Get a random person everytime, so of course you have to spend 30 minutes explaining your situation again and again and again. Its money over customers with this company so far! You literally have to pay 1,000/monthly to breifly speak with someone about your scenario when coming onboard. You cannot speak to anyone! They apparantly seem to hardly care about your business model or how you need to be set up.... They throw a thousand page bible at you on day one and then ask you "is there anything else we can assist you with today" like WTH!! If your made of money and like wasting days and days typing to some foreign customer service agent about serious questions then sign yourself up.
