Account is deleted after 90 days of inactivity, so you can't even log into your account to get receipts for tax purposes for the previous year. I emailed support, and they couldn't even help. Terrible customer service.

The absolute best customer service. We've been customers for years and are very loyal to Chewy.

Excellent service! Needed business cards fast but wanted better quality than printing same day at OD. Ordered by 1pm CT and had them by 12pm the NEXT DAY. And wonderful quality. Will not order from anywhere else going forward.

UPDATE: I was given a past USPS tracking number that was delivered in October 2024 to a different state (I placed the order in January 2025). I disputed the charge with my credit card. Very scammy company.

No way to cancel or change an order, even if you notice an issue immediately after ordering. No customer support number. The support number on the Shop app is scammy, trying to promote a medical device. Beware. Wish I would have done more research before ordering. I reached out via chat and email to change the shipping address, and support was unhelpful. Will not be ordering again if I ever get my items (it’s accidentally being shipped to my parents in another state).

No customer service. No customer support phone number, which speaks highly of their level care of customers. If you have an issue with your order, there's no one you can actually speak with. Avoid at all costs.

All of the gift cards I've purchased have worked. I did have an issue with my account, but someone reached out from my review and the issue was resolved.
