Bottom line...it works well and does what I want. Its the only repricer I have used that doesnt in some way just race to the bottom. That alone is worth the price of admission. It has a lot of other features although I mostly use it as a set it and forget it which is what I want. I continue to use it and will for forseeable future. It is quite expensive and I question how much AI is actually being used as it just seems to follow the rules that are set instead of doing any learning or decision making.

Support team is responsive and helpful. Georgie is our account manager and she is great about helping out with any questions or issues. The data within the repricer has been very helpeful for restocking and reviewing performance metrics.

Positives:

I initially saw some success — even sold an item £5 above the competition — but the tool simply failed to compete against FBM sellers listing as FBA, which are common on Amazon. It didn’t reprice up or down, and my sales plummeted to their lowest in years.

I no longer recommend any repricer that charges a premium while underperforming and requesting excessive access. If they don’t prove ROI quickly — or safeguard your data — they’re not worth your money or your trust.

Best repricer out there. Avoids price wars, does not lives for undercutting by pennies like other horrible repricers that are really bad for the amazon ecosystem. Lot of features for control your listings. Great filters to play with.

I am going to set the record straight right now. People will debate over which repricer is better than the other, when, in reality, all repricers get the same data from Amazon, and all repricers are limited in speed by Amazon's API. Anyone who makes claims about repricers being "magical" or "faster" are flat out lying to you. You can make most repricers work fairly similar, if you know what you are doing (as long as the repricing software is actually good).

With that being said the difference lies in HOW that repricer interprets the data that it is sent. Sellersnap's 'AI' logic works well in how it interprets the data and new sellers will do fine for the most part, if you just want to set it and forget it.

SellerSnap has the BEST data tables and filtering of any repricer I have used (5 to be exact).

Experienced sellers may or may not know that all repricers have data blind spots and won't be able to account for every single situation 100% of the time. With Sellersnap, experienced users can use a combination of the AI Repricing, preset rules, and data filtering in order to help minimize the blind spots and make better decisions on your inventory.

I'll give one example: A big data blind spot is how a repricer interprets Merchant Fulfilled inventory that's "Not Buy Box Eligible." Literally most repricers don't know what to do in that situation. With Sellersnap you can filter that inventory and apply your own rule, specific to your business, for that situation to help increase your chance of a sale (It will still be "Not Buy Box Eligible" ;))

Let's say most repricer cost $100/month. That means you need to justify the extra $400 for Sellersnap (or $150 for the accelerator program).

Lets say Sellersnap saves you 50% time spent looking at your repricer (it will, if not more time saved).
Lets also say SS increases your sales and ROI by 2.5% - due to less blind spots compared to other software. (ex. Your business goes from 30% ROI --> 32.5% ROI and your sales jump a little bit).

If you sell enough volume and are serious about growing your business, you will see that SS pays for itself in time saved, extra money made, and peace of mind it brings.

Most sellers have a hard time leaving SellerSnap once they start using it.

This software would be overkill for Amazon Sellers who are newer. It also only works for the Amazon platform so it wont work for multiple channels. It would be great if we could more easily reprice against price vs cost.
