AVOID AVOID AVOID. Disgrace to the industry.
We have had our solar panels now for the last 12 years, which were free panels in exchange for any electricity generated by my panels not used by me was given to ASG. This is a contract of 25 years. I have been messed around by the company so many times, I have even been asked to reset electrical components, which states on the warning notices DO NOT TOUCH Unless your a trained electrician volt high voltage. They want you to do this so they don't have to send out a engineer and pay the bill. In my contract it states I can have my panels removed twice in the 25 year period for maintenance, home improvements etc at NO cost to myself. They have now gone back on their agreement saying I will after pay the cost of the scaffolding needed to remove the panels. I have tried to speak to managers for the last 6 months, No one will talk to you. And say you have to email them or contact via post. I done this now and sent a copy of the agreement to them, I have now received a further email stating they will not pay for it. Total Disgrace. I'm now going down the energy ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID
