Im not one for leaving negative reviews but im at a loss of what to do. Im stuck with at least 3 holes in my roof and despite making them aware over 2 months ago I still am no further forward. I could go on for ever with he emails and calls I've had between wrong information and no returning of calls promised.
I really have no idea what to do and seriously worry about further damage to my home. Im no longer able to sleep in my bedroom due to the leaks. I have a roofer ready to go but am no further forward with a date of removal. Ive sent photos, evidence and phone calls and even to their legal team and am getting no response. If anyone has been in this situation with them and know how to resolve it then please comment if youre able.
IF YOURE THINKING OF USING A SHADE GREENER THEN PLEASE THINK TWICE. They have been a total nightmare to deal with.

This is nonsense. I was told in early September I would need photos from inside the loft to prove I had holes. I informed the lady I spoke to that I had broken my arm the week prior and unable to physically get into the loft to take the photos needed. I was also told "the form is not the type of form that could be completed via email". I had broken my arm and unable to write. Its true I didnt complete this untll i called around 2 weeks later to ask for help to complete it over the phone as i still could not write (i have the form i tried to hand write with me calling when i realised it was not readable). It was on that call I was told they could email it and the photos needed were not of the inside of the roof which i was physically unable to access but the outside. I attempted to send these on the day but mistaken send the blank form including photos instead. I did then forward the completed form a week later after realising.
The only outstanding form is a form i was sent this morning. Ive read it and have emailed a question as it states I would be liable for £9000 plus if the pannels werent able to be out back on but it did not state a time period for this and also says the person counter signing would be liable. As I dont understand what you meant my the person countersigning I wanted to check you didnt mean the witness that for some reason you required. Im awaiting a response to this before completing it.
This review was written before I got a call today and after being promised a call which I never received and im guessing was the reason I eventually got a call today. Also, despite the multiple contacts, no one has one stated you were any date you were aiming for, this is the first im hearing of an October date.
Also, again youre incorrect about the reason for removal and I dont appreciate you implying that im lying. I called in April to let you know of the potential nests. Since then I have had access and seen there were holes in the roof which are causing mould in my bedroom which as stated as left me without being able to sleep in my bedroom.
I have no idea why you think arguing on here is a good idea. Im more than happy and welcome a call to discuss this and thats been the main issue, the lack of communication. I personally think your response to anyone reading this is more damaging to your company than my initial review and shows the problems that I've been dealing with.
If you just picked up the phone and called me instead of replying on here with misinformation, I would have been more than happy to positively amend my review.

We got in touch with A Shade Greener in the process of selling our house that had solar panels installed. Our buyers solicitor asked a lot of questions we were not sure about and they asked to vary the original lease to meet their bank’s lending criteria. We dealt with Izabela from the legal department and she was amazing! She helped us with both issues very quickly and made a stressful process of moving house feel a little less daunting. We are really great full for the excellence customer service and the flexibility to vary the terms to enable our move. I would me more than happy to deal with this company again in the future and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

A great Company to work with .We had to re-submit paperwork for the Solar panels on our parents home .
Special mention to Shannon at the Legal department for signing the paperwork and submitting it to the Land Registry for updating.

The lady who took my call was very helpful. She was very polite and listened to what I had to say. She fully understood what I was enquiring about and gave me very quickly the answers I needed. The result was a need to sent out an engineer to fix the problem and an appointment was set. Excellent customer service.

Just contacted Ashadegreener today reference a possible fault with my solar panels.
I received a quick reply from Helen the Maintenance Account Manager. She has made arrangements to have the problem checked by an electrician.
