waiting for a refund after 7 months of COVID cancellation

I have a protected credit note from Teletext but I am still chasing them for my hard earned money back 7 month on! Please do not book your holiday with Teletext you will be treated unfairly and illegally. CMA are investigating them so I advise submit your complaint to coronavirus business complaint.service.gov.ukwhat_behaviour
