Prices are often good which is the most important thing. Shipping is fast. On some occasions the products have arrived a bit beat up, mainly due to lack of proper packaging.

I've bought a few items from altricks now and very happy. Competitive prices and fast delivery

It took them 1,5 week to send my order. Then it takes a week to get it delivered. This is just too slow. On the delivery they have no influence. But there was own processes are not in order.
