Great prices, quick processing and delivery and excellent customer service

Good service and selection, however prices seem inflated compared to those of competitors

Managed to get me in quickly and the experience was very smooth with the results being sent over very quickly.

A mixed experience.

Negatives were that i got a call on the day of the expected collection to advise the car wasn't ready. This was only done around 2 hours before the collection time slot when i'd already made the journey. They did remedy this however by providing delivery for free.

The delivery experience was great. Driver phone ahead and explained everything really well.

I decided against the car and this is generally where the issues started. I got part of the refund back the day after collection on a Sunday which was excellent. However it was short £125, it's now 6 weeks later and i'm still having to call a few times a week to try and get an update. I'm close to just trying to recover from my bank.

It also took 5 weeks to get the refund for the £200 holdback for the V5. This was only processed after i chased having received the DVLA slip to advise the car had changed owner.

Super quick process. From enquiry to confirmation took less than a week.

Kept updated on a regular basis and couldn’t even suggest anything to be improved.

Superb service, i had an issue with a few parts of a toolkit breaking.
i got a very quick reply to my email advising a replacement was being issued.

Will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a used Lexus from Richard Hales at Ron Brooks Toyota Mansfield. Communication was excellent all the way through and Richard was happy answering lots of questions prior to purchase and the handover process was straightforward and swift.

Echoing the comments from other investors below. Zero response to various emails and attempting to contact them on the phone is a non starter, it just leaves you on hold before cutting you off.

I see a response to reviews below from Charlie Cummings, but if he sees this i'd like to know what the point of replying is when all you say is to send an email and most complaints are about the lack of response to emails.
