Amazing Service Quick Responses!

While trying to set up training in Kona, HI for our new hires, our first 2 plans fell through for unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control. Friday afternoon, I did a quick google search for meeting spaces in Kona and found Alliance Virtual Offices and their reviews were all raving about how great their experiences were. Training class was scheduled to start that following Monday. I got on the phone and spoke to a few representatives and they helped me through the process. This is where it gets really good! My heaven sent angel, Lau Garza, contacted me via phone and email as my approvals were coming in. Training confirmed for 2 weeks in a location of our preference, all done within the hour. The team at Alliance Virtual Offices are well organized, friendly and do a great job connecting me to who I needed and that was Lau. Looking forward to exploring new locations on the other islands! 

Simple sign up procedure and mail is promptly scanned and alerts sent to me. It's all I expected. 

Clean and modern, decent pricing and location is good!

I signed up for US Global Mail with the expectation of getting a reliable US-based mailbox. The sign-up process was smooth, but that's where the good experience ended.

My verification documents were rejected. While that can happen, the real problem is what followed. I immediately wrote back to their support team, accepting their decision and requesting a refund for the service I couldn't use.

That was over a month ago. Since then, I have received absolutely no response. My email has been ignored, and my money has not been returned. It's completely unacceptable to take a customer's payment and then go silent when the service cannot be provided.

If they can't handle a simple refund request or even reply to an email, I would seriously question their ability to handle something as important as mail. I cannot recommend them.

We established our company with them in the USA. The process was much faster than our expectations thanks to our professional team. They are always solution-oriented and helpful. They have their own digital platform where you can find everything that happens in the business and reach the team without any problems. We are still working, I definitely recommend it
