If I could give this company zero stars I would. Initially my experience was very positive. I was looking for a virtual mailbox to start my own business and Robert O’Neil was very professional and supportive to meet with me personally via zoom and show me how the system works. The pricing was great, the platform looked simple enough and he was prompt about signing the BAA agreement since I needed it to comply with HIPAA requirements. I felt confident in my experience thus far so I signed up thinking this would be a great solution for my new remote company!
However, a very important document was expected to arrive in September and I was not able to proceed with getting my new business off the ground without it. Long story short, it never arrived even after confirming the address with Robert and the sender! I spent three months ($135 total) for a service that did not work. I reached out to Robert directly several times and tried to communicate through the website as well and no response. I had to also pay the sender to resend the document three times which also was an additional cost of $60 total and I still have not been able to launch my own business yet due to the delays which also costed me significant loss in revenue. Update: I signed up for another service and received the document in less than a week! So I’m confident it was not an issue with the sender but rather with the incompetencies related to Thatch’s service.
Bottom line: Thatch does not deliver and cannot be trusted to receive or upload mail into the system and communication beyond the initial zoom chat is next to zero. Still waiting for a response from the company, specifically Robert ONeil to be able to resolve this issue and he has never responded.
If you’re looking for a reliable virtual mailbox, I would look elsewhere. It’s been beyond frustrating to work with this company and has costed me time and money as well as significant delays as a result of this unreliable experience.
