If you’re looking for office space, I highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington! The staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Keisha, who made the entire process seamless.
We initially needed a conference room to rent for a month and turned to TKO Delaware. We ended up renting an office space here and couldn’t be happier. The office is clean, well-maintained, and professional.
Another big plus — we received our security deposit within two months. After just one follow-up call, the tracking details were shared with us the very next day, which was impressive.
A big thank you to Keisha for all her support. Highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington for anyone looking for a reliable and professional office space!

DIDNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK.
I moved out of the office 63 days ago(Officially they say 30-45 days) and still haven't received my deposit. My deposit wasn't even being processed.
They are trying to withdraw a large amount from my deposit without providing a report and invoices,and i still didn’t get my deposit!!!
My deposit was $ 2.200
I have daughter is 3 months old, I expected them to be honest about deposit,and i was sure i will get it back , they just took this amount from me and my kid…..
They have no conscience.
The review is written honestly and according to the situation.
Their lease agreement is very cleverly written and not in your favor.
More truthful reviews on YELP There a lot of people who have not received their deposit, calls and messages are ignored. Like in my situation also .
I hear a lot about TKO, only negative.

Downtown quality with suburbs traffic
Great place to get some work done. Been here for over 2 years and love the experience. Easy parking, almost no traffic around the office, quiet work environment, and great staff.

The environment was ideal, it is newly renovated with clean, bright lighting that created a professional and inviting atmosphere. The location was quiet and perfect for getting work done without distractions. Also the staff were extremely helpful. They have a great leasing and reception team that creates a welcoming environment for any professional or small business!

It is in the prime location, flexible cost for startups.
