Amazing Service Quick Responses!
While trying to set up training in Kona, HI for our new hires, our first 2 plans fell through for unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control. Friday afternoon, I did a quick google search for meeting spaces in Kona and found Alliance Virtual Offices and their reviews were all raving about how great their experiences were. Training class was scheduled to start that following Monday. I got on the phone and spoke to a few representatives and they helped me through the process. This is where it gets really good! My heaven sent angel, Lau Garza, contacted me via phone and email as my approvals were coming in. Training confirmed for 2 weeks in a location of our preference, all done within the hour. The team at Alliance Virtual Offices are well organized, friendly and do a great job connecting me to who I needed and that was Lau. Looking forward to exploring new locations on the other islands!

I had some technical issues with my account . It was very frustrating for me until I was assigned to Mr. Max, his mannerism , professionalism, poise and knowledge of my situation out ways the frustration I had. I am very happy that he was able to rectify the situation under 15 minutes time frame. Highly recommend this company to anyone especially small business owners , staff is patient , kind and understanding. What a pleasure .

This is hands down one of the best experiences when it comes to a virtual business solution. I have used other platforms prior as well to get things going for our business and it didn't work out as expect. I was hesitant that it would be the same results here but AVO made a simple and easy for the onboarding process and through communications. For me with AVO it took only 2 hours to get everything going and worked out as expected
